About this villa rental
Villa has been updated with new kitchen appliances and granite counter top as well as other improvements. Interior of home has been freshly painted. Fully furnished & equipped 5 Bed/4 Bath (3 ensuite) fully air-conditioned villa 30 minutes from Disney World & close to many championship golf courses. Villa has games room with full-size pool table. Lounge features 2 leather recliner sofas, flat screenTV wall mounted in living room and all bedrooms, small safe & wireless internet access. Patio doors lead to 40’ x 25’ screened decking area with 14’ x 28’ optional heated pool (not overlooked) poolside furniture for lounging, sunbathing & outside dining. Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite, 1 king master suite on main floor. 1queen bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom & children’s Disney themed room with 2 bunk beds sharing 4th bathroom on upper floor. Full kitchen with 2 breakfast bars and separate dining room as well as a washer and dryer on main floor. New carpeting in bedrooms and stairway, new tile flooring in living room, kitchen and dining room. New flat screen tv's in living room and bedrooms.

The size and bedrooms of this house were awesome for my group of 12. Unfortunately my husband woke up the very first night with a massive cockroach on his leg in bed 😭 of course this freaked out all the kids the entire vacation. We came across a few other huge roaches and some small ones. Kids refused to use garage game room the whole time after spotting roaches scurring in there. Id highly suggest having someone take care of this. Otherwise, the pool was amazing for everyone, the room layouts were great, dryer worked awesome, fridge was nice, the location seemed safe with plently of store options around and not too far from theme parks. More living room seating would be nice so everyone can sit but space is understandably limited in living area. There were multiple areas with light blubs out, transition pieces missing causing people to step on carpet tacks, the bathroom doorknob to the master bath immediately fell off. This is a decent place that could be made great with a little extra care. 🙂

Overall our stay as a family of 9 was enjoyable! All appliances worked great and AC worked so well that we were able to enjoy the cool air after the parks all day and not spend a fortune on eating out! Location is close to a grocery store so it was easy to grab stuff we needed/forgot at home.
However, the mattresses are completely worn out not comfortable and maybe should be replaced. There needs to be a little more seating for larger parties (the sectional is not conducive to everyone having a place to sit comfortably). The lights in the bunk bed room were completely burned out and no bulbs around to replace, with the air set it was extremely hot upstairs without ceiling fans, there were also burnt out lights in the master downstairs, kitchen and entry way.
There was a hole in the bathroom wall in the master bath where it looks like the towel bar came off and was not repaired.
Lastly the biggest issue we found were bugs, water bugs upstairs. Not consistently but enough times the kids were scared to sleep in one of the upstairs bedrooms without an adult checking the room first.

House was in decent condition for the price. There was lots of room for our group of 9 and the house was clean. I did alert the property manager of a few things we noticed when we arrived. The one bedframe was broken and held up by a board. It was still fine to sleep on but the bed did dip a little. Throughout the week, we also noticed most of the Tvs did not get signal or wouldn't work, the dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the fridge was leaking water constantly had water on the shelves. We paid for pool heating fee but the pool still was cold and we did not notice it being heated. The outside trash can had magets all over it.
Overall it was a good stay and minimal inconveniences but probabaly would bot stay at the property again.

Good location for parks, large property with good rooms and pool. Property needs thorough maintenance attention. Water stains on master bedroom ceiling and dishwasher did not dissolve detergent packets. Half missing towel bar in master bath, and partially disassembled closet in one room, among other items needing attention. These did not impact our stay, but were noticeable.
Note limited cell service in neighborhood, so note access details prior to arrival.
Overall a pleasant stay.

We had a great time there were a few things:
the fridge is dying leaking water on food
Paper towels and TP should be included in a destination place and wasn’t
More plates and pans would be good for group of 8 we like to cook
The grill burns food low doesn’t work
There was a piece from dishwasher in top tray don’t know what it is for?
Pool was amazing and house size was perfect we loved it

House was in a very quiet neighborhood, was really nice. The property manager was great anything that went wrong she fixed right away. Was about 45-60 minutes away from all parks, but it was nice to be away from all the noise. Will definitely stay again.

Our family love the house. It's big enough for a good amount of people. I will rent it again on our next time with planning to go to Florida for vacation. I want to said Thank you to Ms. Dee because she was very helpful with the little situation I have after our family left the house.

The pictures of the house were very accurate. The beds were firm and comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer worked just fine. There were only 5 forks and no extra trash bags so plan for that. If you plan on baking bring your own mixer. The trashcans were put out for us. There is no access gate to worry about. My family and I would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The house and pool was excellent. We did find bugs in the kitchen and the garburator didn't work. Would be nice if toilet paper was supplied. Overall excellent house in great area. Would stay again.

My family stayed at this home while our high school band was at Disney. It was close to Disney so it didn't take long to get there (except for the traffic some days!). House was great! Pool and lanai was awesome! Spent most of our down time there! Kids loved it!

This property is absolutely perfect. The description and pictures do this property no justice. It was bigger than I expected and I have booked many properties before and this one was by far the most spacious. There was room for all my family with no one complaining or being crowded. There was an issue with one of the TVs, however, when I contacted Terri Lynn she responded immediately and the issue was resolved quickly. I thought I paid for pool heat but turns out I must have forgotten to request it. So I only got to enjoy the pool once but it was still nice. I would definitely book here again!

The property is just like the pictures. We enjoyed the pool everyday. Would stay here again for sure. Great location! Being just outside of all the Orlando noise is great, close to everything but far enough away too.

Big house for family. Big enough house for the entire family. Location not bad. The house could’ve been a little cleaner, but overall we had a good day.

Houses is dated. Kitchen was stocked with bare necessities but pots and pans were horrible to cook on they were scratched and everything kept sticking. No dish soap or anything to wash dishes with. There were 4 bathrooms and 3 rolls of toilet, no trash bags. Swimming pool was a bit green and sheets of mold kept peeling off of the sides while swimming. Lamps in the bedrooms bulbs were out so we had to buy them. Towels and sheets were left in the dryer.

We rented this house as a getaway during COVID. We were looking for a quiet week in the Florida sun. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and has lots of sleeping space but could use a couple more seats in the living room if you have a larger group. The week started off a little bumpy (late check-in, pool issues) but Terry Lynn did her best to make it right. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had a great stay. The property manager lee and owner of property Terri were both excellent minor issue with the fridge and some cleaning but nothing that I couldn't take care of i appreciate there help and reaching out to me when needed. We enjoyed our stay the home is a bit outdated but overall an awesome stay!!!!
