OUTDOOR SPACE: - Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers. -The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area (Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge) - Wood burning outdoor fire pit LIVING AREA: - Formal dining room seats up to 8 - Sleeper Sofa with a large smart TV. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave. BEDROOMS: (4) The Blue Pearl sleeps 10 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's. - Pac and Play and high chair on site. - Queen sized sofa sleeper - Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee. BATHROOMS: (2) All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available. INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout. GUEST ACCESS: - This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment. - The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival. CLEANING: All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. - Starter dishwasher pods are provided - Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided. LOGISTICS: - Check-in: 4:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TV's: All five (5) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE: - Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning. - Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Fridays in the morning. POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups. GARBAGE: We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. The city of Pompano Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us. PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. Please inquire directly for discounts on long term stays. Inside the home clean as always with ValGalCouch could use replacing no support been around a while.Shower water never got very hotFridge ice maker not working Outside in desperate need of landscaping and TLCBbq fire pit area very run down and extremely uninviting the BBQ was so old and broken downPool temp never rose above 77 only one jet and hardly ever on.As always great service from Vernoika and Chris. My recommendation would be for ValGal to hold the owners of this property more accountable. Do spot checks and see if up to standards. The property has potential but needs attention.Still love ValGal and will look forward to our next rental at another property.

Only issue was an iguana that kept pooping around the pool area....otherwise the property is in a great location the management company was professional and left us alone the house was well managed and clean...ill definitely recommend the property and its management

Property was just as described in listing. More than enough room for our family and in a good central area. Not close enough to walk to a beach but for the price you can not beat it in this area. The management for this property does well... everything was clean and orderly, the pool cleaner was there like clockwork, someone even came by to make sure the trash cans were at the curb when they needed to be and put back the next day

Huge heated pool, our 4 grandsons (ages 2-9) had the best time in it! Good location, small but very nice interior. Would definitely consider renting again.

Kids loved the pool…but, we did have to call for the pool people to come clean for us! So, we didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would of liked too! I can say they did come out to clean within a couple of hours. We would rent again!

We are repeat guests. We come for the sparkling 35 ft pool, comfy beds and unfussy/low maintenance. Val and the management office is responsive, the pool and appliance maintenance staff are all diligent and truly nice people who want you to have the best experience possible. Three bedrooms, plus a daybed “swing space” in a separate area off the living room with sliding louver doors. One bathroom is en suite, the other is off that last room/area. The neighbors are quiet and the location is 10 minutes walk drive or bike from everything; Pompano Park, gym, beach, hOMe yoga, movies and 2 supermarkets. Could use new couches.

The house is a great place to relax. Although only 2 couples stayed at the house, two other couples staying at their place spent a great deal of time at ours! Loved the heated pool and outdoor grill. The kitchen was everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Loved the big table for meals and card playing. We managed with only two bathrooms, but it would have been more challenging if we had a third and/or fourth couple staying with us. Everything was very clean and neat. We loved being in a quiet neighborhood close to Publix, restaurants, and the beach. Nice neighborhood to walk through.

Very nice home and outstanding pool and outside space. The owner, Val, was very quick to respond to questions and we enjoyed our vacation there. The home would be better if one of the bathrooms could be entered from the hall, but we needed all 4 bedrooms to sleep in and so the kids in the smallest bedroom were woken up by someone using the bathroom there. The stove and ice maker worked, but may be needing replacement as they had problems. The home could be 5 stars overall if the bathroom door could be changed to the hallway and repair or replace the stove and ice maker in the freezer.

House was great. However bathroom situation was strange. Main bathroom was tiny with a shower and the big bathroom was in the master suite. There were only 3 of us so it wasn’t a problem but if there had been more people, that would have been a major inconvenience. Should be a jack and Jill bath for the other 2 bedrooms. Great location! Close to everything . Pool was huge and well taken care of. There was an extra charge that no one ever explained to me after several requests.

The house was beautiful, we had a wonderful time and will come back if we can. Location is also good, not too far Miami. The swimming pool was perfect and we were grateful for all the attention and details! Thank you so much for everything.

We arrived Sunday night at the property and first thing we saw was an overflowing trash bin and additional bags of trash in the driveway. Trash collection was the next morning, so the cleaning staff could have easily put the trash out onto the street. Instead this was the first thing we had to do. The house was not very clean: Blinds were dusty, the oven was dirty, walls, sofas and the pool chairs were full of stains. We even found splinters of glass on the living room floor. In some places dust must have accumulated over months. (they charge 280 $ for cleaning the house!). The first morning we wanted to cut some fruit - all the cutting boards were black with mold. We therefore reached out to the host, also on other issues, like constantly flickering lights and a faucet in the master bathroom almost falling of the wall. We NEVER got an answer. We habe been renting houses in the Fort Lauderdale area for more than 20 years. Houses always were very nice, meticulously clean and hosts very helpful. This was the most expensive house we have rented so far and the first time we had a really disappointing experience. We give two stars because the pool ist nice and big, some of the appliances in the kitchen were new and the decor of the bedrooms is nice. But overall this house needs a lot more attention to the details.

Pool was a big hit.
Nice property. Little tight for our group but weather was nice so we utilized the patio area. The pool was wonderful. Used all day long. Bathroom situation was rough. Both are located in bedrooms. A few things needed attention but we enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautifully decorated and the heated pool was fabulous!
Everything was great until we found bed bugs in one of the guest bedrooms on day 2 of our stay. They came the next day to treat it but not only did we not have access to that guest room for 2 days, it may our stay uncomfortable after that for fearing the other rooms may also be infested. The property did their best to address all of our complaints and concerns. The home is very pretty and easy access to restaurants and shops. We didn’t need to go to the beach because the pool was the absolute highlight of the home. The pool is large, deep, clean, and heated. The vegetation and high fence around the home made it private with no neighbors able to see in. I would absolutely stay again minus the bedbugs next time of course.

This house has everything you would want in your own private resort. Big pool, dining space outside and even a fire pit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also a perfect size. Home is located near beach and restaurants. Perfect stay for our family of 7.

My family and I stayed for our annual family vacation and we had a great time in that pool, it was amazing. The house is small but very cozy. The only downfall is that both bathrooms are in the bedrooms but other then that is perfect. The pool is perfect!!!!

Beautiful pool.
The pool is amazing. The house is very cute and trendy. Nice new appliances. The only not problem is The second bathroom is n a bedroom which makes it difficult for going to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

maison très agréable et bien équipée mais ACCUEIL NUL
quand nous sommes arrivés, la maison n'était pas prête : vaisselle sale et moisie dans l'évier, ménage non fait, draps non changés, poubelles des salles de bains pleines, poubelle extérieure regorgeant d'ordures anciennes nauséabondes, détritus autour de la piscine, piscine non chauffée alors que nous l'avions demandé.
Suite à notre appel à l'agence, deux femmes de ménage sont intervenues, une équipe technique est intervenue la matinée du lendemain pour réparer le chauffage de la piscine, nous avons ramassé les détritus autour de la piscine.
Nous avons été très déçus par l'arrivée, l'agence nous a donné à titre de dédommagement un bon de 100 dollars à utiliser dans un restaurant. Pas possible d'avoir une table de 8 mais 2 tables de 4 sans être sûrs que les deux tables soient côte à côte….et pas de réservation possible…
Le dédommagement n'est pas à la hauteur du préjudice subi, aussi nous demandons un geste supplémentaire.
La maison est très agréable et facile à vivre et bien équipée, les abords sont très agréables également, il faut juste que l'agence en charge de la gestion du bien fasse son boulot correctement.

Great Place
The accommodation was great. The house was very clean and cozy. Thank you for the basket of treats :). A small personal touch that made everyone smile. The house is close to the beach, shopping and a beautiful park for the kids and walking. Would definitely recommend this place and hope we can stay there again.
