1. very well-managed property, recommended for both leisure and work
2. Clean rooms and bathroom
3. Above average room size, the included kitchenette is ideal as eating-out options close by are very limited
4. The Free electric car charging in the basement parking ( only with a wall plug - max of 3.7 Kw ) is excellent for a PHEV, will give enough juice overnight.
5. Awesome breakfast, and facilities like laundry and swimming pool, all well maintained and managed, very very cool
6. Small details like the free welcome drinks in the lobby are very thoughtful
7. Ideal location to use as a base to explore the midi Pyrenees region
8. The sofa bed in the living room is perfect for two adults , the property can easily accommodate 4 people
1. Toilet in my room needed fixing ( Commode was not fixed to the floor property and the air ventilation was not working )
2. Could do with a refresh of some of the things like a deep clean of the kitchen hood, etc
But I am struggling here to find things that I did not like.

cheap and cheerful - close to airport for overnight stay in preparation for a very early start.

the rooms was a bit smelly, probably due to the fact that the room includes a kitchenette and previous guests had been cooking and the smell is hard to remove

My children love the pool.I like the interior of the hotel rooms,the bed is comfortable.
Not a fan of the hotel breakfast.The cook/ chef on duty was not warm

the staff (reception) was really attentive and understanding. it was nice that they had a swimming pool, that way the kids had something to do. and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.
the room was outdated, the beds and especially the bed in the bedroom ( not the sofa bed) was to small and the worst part was it was as hard as a rock. there where only two pillows for each bed and they were also to thin. the other thing was that the restaurant was closed for one week and it would have been nice to know this before making the reservation, we had to go to the center of Toulouse to have have dinner .

we were woken up in the morning by the house keeping but they were very kind and asked us to kindly be out for 11 so they could clean our room.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Restaurant set menu was good for dinner. Staff were friendly, even if all of them didn't speak much English.

good size apartment; staff is very friendly; position is perfect for both Toulouse and outskirts
You never know when the apartment is cleaned by the staff; sometimes the towels or the tools in the kitchen are missing; breakfast is always the same, and after 3 moths I can say it's quite boring
