Rooms were old, out dated, we had many issues Pool area needs a revamp as well

Amazing service from staff

Only thing that was wrong with the room was the hot water wasn’t all that hot, so having a shower, it was more like a bit warmer the cold.

The pool was a beautiful area to relax and the room was quite spacious, the bathroom including bath was great too.

staff seemed lazy and not very helpful, the customer service could have been a lot better. the balcony had leavers which made it feel a little caged in as it wasn’t open, you could move the leavers to see through them but still caged in. the traffic in the morning is very loud if you are a light sleeper and are trying to have sleep ins.

The wifi was poor had 2 mbps down, Had to ask for the room to be made up, it was made up twice over a week’s stay

Everything was great. Lovely room & huge balcony. Aircon was much appreciated too.

Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and nice king bed.

The location of the resort was very central to everything! The shops, esplanade with restaurants & scenery. And only a short taxi trip to and from the airport. The staff were very friendly as well.

The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par. The floors seemed a little dirty, we found mould on the lamp shades and in the tracks of the door to the balcony was quite littered with dirt, dust and dead bugs. It was also a little disappointing that guests didn’t have a vacuum in their room for the floors. We stayed for 7 nights and by the end, there was all hair, dirt etc in the floors. Housekeeping didn’t seem to vacuum either.

Location was great, only two blocks to the beach or it was about 8 min walk to the main part of cairns. Staff are super lovely and very helpful. The pool was stunning and there are plenty of laying chairs around the pool. The room was very clean and kitchen is functional and had everything you needed to cook. Parking onsite and very comfy bed snd quite during the night

Spacious 1 bed apartment, great pool and very friendly and helpful staff. not far from shops and cafes of downtown cairns. family friendly. Even had a cot set up for my 10 month old when we got there. would highly recommend!

washing machine leaked and left a mouldy smell in room, though let staff know and they were straight on to it, even offered to wash my clothes if I needed to do more washing. I should have booked a 2 bed apartment as we couldn’t put our bub in the lounge area to sleep as there were no curtains on glass door to the balcony

THE UNIT IS A VERY GOOD UNIT SPOILT BY THE PRESENCE OF BLACK MOULD.I think we were the victim of someone's complaint and we were moved from the hotel room we had booked to the 1br unit with the mould.Strang the manager that checked us in is also the owner of the unit.

The check in was very efficient and businesslike,not friendly.No apology for the inconvenience of lack of sleep due to the black mould in the unit.
