The location was good and the breakfast was nice.

I stayed for 4 nights and my room was not cleaned once. I have informed the reception every day about this. I needed to buy my own toilet paper and I needed to take out my own rubbish and dispose of it in a public bin. I was shocked that the hotel did not offer to clean my room after I have told them about the situation.

Room was clean and comfortable; old town was in easy walking distance; close parking space was available; great breakfast. Would recommend!

Big hotel. Excellent, plentiful breakfast. Basic rooms. Short distance from sights, like salt museam and old town, bit longer to train station.

Super service, safe underground parking. Really tasty breakfast.

The breakfast, the location of the hotel near a nice park, and the staff are the best things about the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with great variety and high-quality food.

Internet in the room is painful; just doesn't work. We had to go to the conference room to work. The rooms don't have AC, so during warm days, you need to keep the windows/balcony doors open. This would not be a problem if the street wasn't so noisy. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

The breakfast is really good and with many options. The beds are comfortable and the location is very near to the city center. 15 minutes walking.

The balconies of the rooms have no divisions therefore one can hear everything from the other room (loud music till late hours). The pillows are not comfortable at all, too big. The main elevator does not work properly.

Early check-in/late check-out possibility would be better. At the the the staff was helpful but that can be improved more. If they could have an iron it would be perfect since we were there for a wedding :)

balcony was not well maintained, also in corridor furniture were stored. altogether you won’t get good feeling at the first sight but overall we had pleasant stay and I would stay again there next time.
