Fantasztikus kikátás egy szép és igényes szállodából

A hotel elhelyezkedése fantasztikus volt. A szobánk a felső szinten helyezkedett el és hatalmas terasza volt bútorokkal. Nagyon szép volt a kilátás: a városházára és a várra nézett. Sajnos csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt. A szoba tiszta volt, a fürdőszoba jól felszerelt, a reggeli pedig bőséges és finom.

A párna lehetett volna alacsonyabb, de az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt és hatalmas.

Місцерозташування чудове ,в центрі міста і недалеко від моря.Але наші вікна виходили на шумну вулицю,де не видно було ніяких памʼяток ,а тільки шум машин.Персонал ввічливий,але проблему з WIFi так і не вирішили.Сніданок супер.Постіль чиста,але застірана ,що скоро порветься .Варто замінити на нову.

Поганий WIFI,стара постіль,вид з вінка.

Ottima struttura e personale gentilissimo. Sceglierei questa struttura di sicuro se dovessimo tornare ad Alicante

Stanza luminosa, letto king comodissimo, bagno spazioso (con bidet, che è un vero valore aggiunto per un italiano all’estero), bella vista sulla piazza, stanza silenziosa e ben insonorizzata. Posizione ideale per girare la città, in centro e a due passi dal la spiaggia. Personale alla reception gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile. Colazione molto buona

Good location.

Position of hotel in city. Lovely views from roof terrace.

Rooms small. Basic facilities and cleanliness. Female person on second morning at breakfast more concerned with everything being in straight lines than welcoming customers and making sure tables cleared for people to actually eat at. Food at breakfast good. First morning welcomed to breakfast. Initial welcome on arrival good.

Reliable hotel conveniently situated

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and balcony window. Roomy shower stall. Beautiful view for a market square and Santa Barbara castle. Helpful and kind staff, lovely atmosphere. Great location near the beach, main city and parking lots.

Door to the bathroom is not sound-proofing enough

Beautiful rooms, but overpriced

Staff were lovely. The room was spacious and we had an early check-in which was much appreciated.

The roof terrace is not that great and is a key feature to why we booked. Although a lovely hotel it is overpriced for what it offers.

Not enough experience

The shower power was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel offered features that were not to the standards expected. Terrace without sun protection. Gym not easily accessible. Double Key card failures.

Good

The hotel is located in a central location, the rooms are big and you have a fantastic view of the Santa Barbara Castle. Everything was very clean and tidy.

If you’re staying in a room facing the Plaza de Ayuntamiento it is very loud during the night, as there’s like an echo in your room so you hear every person shouting outside at night or even in the early morning. Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well because of this.

The male reception staff on Sunday evening was unfriendly and brash. he did not represent our overall impression of staff who were all friendly and helpful and would not stop us from staying there again. However, it was a shame to depart on an unpleasant note with his ill mannered attitude

Fantastic, best hotel in Alicante. (Eurostars Portico)

Best hotel ever. Super friendly, adequate and helpful staff, all over. Location is fantastic. Breakfast super de luxe. If you go to Alicante, book here. Bed, just magnificent. Room, super clean and the interior was just perfect. What a joy it was to stay here. NB: This review is for the Portico Eurostars, as we were rebooked to this hotel due to some reason, a rebooking that was no punishment at all.

Sorry, cannot complain about anything. Ohhh, maybe a little description about how to use the aircon in the room. But eventually I found out how it worked. But that is not really a complaint. The thing worked very well.

Exceptional

Comfy bed, clean and modern room. Excellent powerful shower. Location excellent and very central. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Its not a complaint just an observation. More milk with the tea and coffee facilities, they are small and 2 are needed for one cup. We could have asked reception but it wasn't that big a deal, just letting you know 4 would be better than 2.

Good base for Alicante short break

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms including comfortable bed. Nicely located in the old town and with lots of bars and eateries within easy walking distance, some literally outside of the hotel. A pleasant stroll of 5 minutes to the clean and sandy postiguet beach with sun beds and brollies available to hire daily. A 15 minute walk takes you to the more commercial shopping areas where a range of shops offer an alternative option to spend your time and money. For those with a cultural or historical interest, there is also plenty on offer in Alicante and surrounding area. Would not hesitate to return and use this hotel as a base again.

Hotel didn't have any really usable public space e.g lounge area. However, this was a minor issue as there is lots to do outside especially when the weather is good.

Great Value for money!

the hotel is very near to the beach and restaurants, 2-3 mins walk. very convenient plus the hotel and rooms are very new. I love the breakfast buffet as well. Free champagne upon check-in :)
