No air conditioner was really hot during the night. The fan that was provided was a joke. Because the check in was closing at 11:00pm we dropped a text saying that we’ll be 30min late they replied saying that is ok, before arriving we gave them a call again just to make sure someone will be at the reception but the lady answering the phone was very annoyed that we are coming so late at one point she was really angry about this fact. Even when we arrived at the hotel she still was in that very bad mood. Not recommend at all! Very unprofessional, unpleasant! To mention the other receptionist in the next morning was very polite.

Nice hotel in good location with parking. Stayed for one night en route to Italy. Good for business travellers as stable wifi connection. Can recommend to travellers.

clean, spacious room, nice terrace area. staff stored our bags for us
room did not have AC. we knew this going in but it was still unexpectedly hot. they should have at least provided a fan. we barely got any sleep due to the heat. if you are thinking of staying in Klagenfurt in the summer, highly recommend paying €50 more to get a room somewhere with AC

The rooms are very clean. The staff are very accomodating and the location is very accessible to most of the tourist attractions in the area.
Warm breakfast needs to have a variety. The pillow s are too soft. But the bed is comfortable.

Excellent location on walking distance (20 minutes) from lake and city center

Person at reception, good breakfast.
We have taken familly room and that was mistake. There was no AC and warm night.
When I have opened the window I felt like sleeping on the street. Room is just 5 m to the main street to the city.
On the top in 100 m distance is railway and the train was every 30 minutes.
I couldn't sleep at all whole night.
