Físicamente el hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Parking incluido y a 10 min andando del centro. Bonito patio. Por la noche ofrecen una mesa de bebidas cerca de la recepción.
Le falta mantenimiento a las duchas y mas seguridad a las habitaciones. A nuestra llegada nos dieron la hab 105 y la puerta no cerraba con seguro, cualquiera podría entrar de fuera. Tras pedir varias veces que nos cambiaran de habitación nos movieron.
El desayuno continental incluido es muy pobre. el pan duro: Y tras decirle a la mesera que parecía viejo dijo q si, que era d ayer, que no le habían llevado el de la mañana, por lo que nos calentó pan para q estuviera más suave y cuando lo llevo a la mesa tenía pelo, subo foto. Al día siguiente claro que no cogimos el desayuno incluido, fuimos a otro sitio.

Cocina&room services staff-Rosario, Isaac, Noel, Antonio & Jose! The courtyard ambiance was incredible to relax in & recharge from the day's activties. Cordial front desk except for one "blip" during the initial check-in on 2/25 by leaving us unattended AFTER discovering our change of arrival date wasn't received as comfirmed with us by Booking.com Will definitely call it "homebase" for our return to SMA!

History behind the walls. The colonial setting feeling was amazing.Also, the proximity to all the main attraction site, it was a walk away. Our parking and lodge felt safe too. Huge bedroom for 5. The furniture, bedspread and pillows were great.
I did not like the absence of AC. We had to use 2 huge portable fans that were a little to loud to sleep with. The shower did not provided hot water instantly. The shower curtain wasn’t helpful, the floor was continuously wet. No fridge or ice machines.

The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Location is perfect. Very close to the center. The staff were very attentive. The property has restaurant with great food and service.
The rooms have no ac. But they provide fan. This fan was very loud.

The breakfast which came with cost of the room was fresh and just right for starting the day. The room was quiet and the location perfect. The staff were friendly and kind with my complete lack of spanish
The pressure for the shower was poor and the ability to control hot and cold near impossible. The bed was incredibly firm as I had read in previous postings so was forewarned and accepting.

I did not like the property at all, I asked for an extra bed and they were not flexible, I asked for an extra set of cover sheets and blankets which they did on my last night after I chased the cleaning lady and explained again what I wanted :(

It is not a breakfast! It only a cup of coffee and a piece of bread.
The room was super cold. We couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was freezing.

The staff saved the stay , they were very diplomatic but not quite as nice as expected.
Our rooms were horrible they seemed to be under construction and recently half finished for renovation the doors had a hole in it and although we let them know nothing was done until the end of our stay when we were almost checking out a couple of hrs before some staff member force us out to repair the holes, we stuck it up as we were only there a couple of nights but everything from the cable T.V to the front doors needed to be fix , definitely not worth offering in booking.com I felt like I was scammed and swindled

It's downtown near a lot of restaurants. No need to get a taxi, the market is only 3 blocks away.
Everything is perfect, but it does need a pool or jacuzzi.

location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. lovely place to stay at.
the rooms in the first floor are close to the entrance and the lobby. During nights you can hear the noise of the other visitors in the corridors
