Ottima posizione centrale. La stanza e' spaziosa. La Spa e' ottimale, lo staff e' stato molto cordiale ed utile. E' possibile prenotare dei fantastici massaggi a buon prezzo via Whatsapp. Abbiamo prenotato un transfer per l'aeroporto prima che aprisse la colazione e ci hanno preparato una mini colazione, gesto molto apprezzato.

Zimmer mit Meersicht sind toll. Heller Raum. Separate Toilette. Ruhig, trotz Strasse (zumindest in den oberen Stöcken). Reichliches Frühstück.

Frühstücks-Essraum ist wenig inspirierend. Der langsamste Lift der Welt.

Great location, both the room and the breakfast were lovely. The spa is a gem. Sauna, Gym and swimming pool are free. The massages are very cheap and Luna the masseuse is excellent and strong.

The staff was mainly ok. There were 2 guys at the reception and both were welcoming and helpful. They even had a little breakfast prepared for us for our early flight. One of the girls on the 2nd day when we checked out was a bit too strict and could have been more courteous

A bit noisy

My room was super noisy. The coffee was terrible. I didn’t expect to pay for water in my room when paying such a high price for the room. Breakfast was very average.

- no sleepers - no iron - no robe - poor breakfast - asked for late check-out and wasn’t warned that it would be charged. it is an average practice to provide late check out for free if rooms don’t need to be cleaned before other guests - price should be 2 times less. Now it is a rate of high standard 5* hotel, but service is poor

Beautiful view over the bay from the room, very comfortable, huge breakfast choice, safe parking at rear, helpful staff.

Shame we only had a few hours en route to Buenos Aires escaping the Covid lockdown.
