The room was good. Clean, comfy, and what's very important - quiet. The room service (and restaurant) was very friendly and provided everything we need. The food from the restaurant was tasty.
The personal was not providing any information until you asked them. The prices in the mini-bar are hilarious - 4-5 times the original price, seriously?

Super nice hotel design, great architecture. Clean very nice furniture. This place has every corner well thought out so you can tske amazing photos. Every day this olace is used for weddings and wedding photos. Pool is nice and clean and the whole outside feels pristine.
Staff does help you call for taxies and will help with what you need as soon as possible amd very professionally (just as long as your not asking for a refund for a day because you got sick because they definitely dont want to help you with that)
The gym you get to use is part of the stella hotel which is an extremely professional and huge gym with new machines.
It was quite far from the busy downtown in comparison to other hotels. We were going to pick the otrada which is half price but it the Prada had no gym, plus the premier was much more romantic looking.
If you are looking for s place that has the beach and a few restaurants close by thisnis great but not the type of olace yiu would want to be going out at night without the use of a taxi. Although price of taxi is not too bad.
The one complain I had is that I got sick and needed to cut my vacation 1 day short but management did not care to help. Because of this I will never come back. They have the power to make that decision and they chose not too.
Also no one smiles at the hotel so we felt that they did not like us.
Food was boring and repetitive compared to all other hotels we habe stayed at as well. Although it was still fresh. Coffee was very good.
Nothing to do at this hotel as it's extremely quiet. Usually for an expensive hotel there should be something.
I would have given all 5 stars if they helped me with a refund for the 1 day I did not use. To me that shows they only care about money and not the guest. If they refund me that 1 day I did not use I will update this entire review. But I'm thinking they most likely will not.

The decoration of the hotel is very at my taste .
Mediteranean atmosfear with nice clear stones and marmors . Very nice swimming pool .

At beginning a little misunderstanding because it was a birthday with privacy, after we learned that it was a children’s Birthday.
The team proposed very good alternative.

Nice and largeSuite
We arrived and checked in fine. Then trouble starts. The heating It was off, so the room was cold. We asked for an extra blanket and given a single bed blanket (we had a King size bed). We were still cold so we asked for support. We were given a small, electric stove and blamed because WE did not turn on the heating system! I expect that in a 5 star hotel everything is in order and working, not to be blamed, EVER. We went out to Odessa’s city center: upon our return, we were greeted by a staff member with an "HI"... 5 stars treatment indeed. I then tried to spoke to a staff guy in English... he replies in Ukrainian: "I do not speak English!" Luckily, my partner is Ukrainian so she was able to communicate. The following day, we arrived for breakfast and told that we did not fill a form to have it ready. Needless to say that we were not told about any breakfast form whatsoever. My partner then asked for two croissants but no, there was only one left! I then asked for toasts that came barely warm and disgusting. I saved the best for last. We arrive at the reception with our luggage, give the card key back and say goodbye. We are stopped very abruptly and my partner is told by staff in Ukrainian: "You are trying to run away"... the receptionist then grabs a radio and asks a maid to check the room and the mini bar. I ask what is the problem and I am told that we want to run because we do not want to pay for the minibar!?! The hotel had of course my credit card details so why not charging it? We were instead accused to be thieves and runners, for three small bottles from the minibar! Hard to believe indeed, but very true. At all times of this surreal situation, I had a security guy behind my back, making sure we did not run away! I travelled all over the world, from the States to Australia and NEVER had such an experience and treatment. If this is a 5 stars hotel I am Santa Claus. We felt humiliated and very upset.
