It was clean, comfortable and cozy. It has a shared pool with other two villas. The location is great for people looking for a nice remote rural place to enjoy the sun.
Hot - cold water and kitchen utensils all available.
The overall is a nice house/small villa.
1- Was little remote ( you need a car) there will be no public transport.
2- No information on where to get nearby shopping or grocery.
3- The owner does not speak english making communication a little difficult. Had to use google translate.
4- i rented the entire house (fit 6 people) and was expecting some basic stuff to be available such as soap, shower gel, iron, tea bags, salt , cooking oil, rubbish bags, cleaning kitchen sponge, kitchen towels.. none of these were available and we had to buy everything the next day. For the price we paid for 3 nights we expected a little more..
You definitely need to buy drinking water on your way there.

the place is very far from everything, so you get an amazing view on the bay and all the valleys, free from buildings and far from the areas loaded with tourists. the site is really very well maintained, with 2 superb swimming pools, lot of nice trees, and all the equipments working well. the homes on the property are beautiful and spacious and very well organized to have privacy.
and you get the company of nice outdoors cats :-)
the owner was not that welcoming :/(
and the equipments of the kitchen were really not enough, and there is zero water pressure in the shower (impossible to wash your hair for instance).

Excellent location and we were left to our own devices- very private. The facilities have what you needed to cook basics and a great BBQ, pool and garden. Very friendly patron.

Fantastic location on a hill with panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. Very quiet and peaceful but maybe a little remote for some. You definitely need a car, the nearest shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Two communal pools that we generally had to ourselves.
The small kitchenette had a microwave that needs replacing and didn't have an oven. Big fridge though. You couldn't cook very much in there but if you're planning to eat out all the time, no problem.

the location in the nature is amazing. beautiful pool and beautiful terrace. the apartment was basic but clean. we loved the tranquility and would come back for sure!
the internet connection was unstable for having video calls (we work online). but fair enough for streaming Netflix.

maybe too many cats that hang around, but they were cute and nice, just sometimes felt like a zoo 😂

Holiday domain with a lot of potential, 2 swimming pools, separate bungalows...
The staff was very friendly.
Even if you like cats (as we do) You can't leave the door open. They come begging for food and are very affectionate
Some things that can easily be arranged like :
the fridge was broken, soberly decorated, the shower head on the verge of being broken, and no washing machine although that was mentioned ... small things that made it a little bit unpleasant.

the description isn’t accurate- no car or bike hire. you need a car to be here. quite remote. there is no bar or red and you need to drive for food and supplies

staff could be friendlier on check in. some basic provisions included in the price for arrival would be a nice touch (bread, milk, coffee etc)
The finca has listed they have a bar and restaurant - THEY DO NOT. this was a key reason for us booking this property as we have a young child and wouldn’t be able to go off site at night. on arrival when I asked they said it had been closed since 2019. the booking.com listing still includes this on the facilities list and therefore it is misleading

The calm
maybe about cleaning staff like garbage bags, valletas, mop... and also as advice it would be good to leave a minimum of: shampoo, oil and salt. But for the price is really good.

Very warm welcoming, early check in no problem. Great studio with Terrasse. Loved the calm and beatifull place. Also great to chill at the pool for a day... We had it to ourselves. Can only recommend.
The only point of change would be please attach the heading of the bed. everytime we turned around it made quite some noise.

It's a quiet and very relaxing place to stay. You have a great view to the Tramunata mountains and towards the southern coast area. Also the finca in total is very well taken care of.
The rooms we stayed in during end of April were very cold, since the stone floor was absorbing all the warmth. Additionally, the cute cats running around the finca are kinda intrusive, we had a few moments when they tried to enter our apartment through open windows. A minor thing was the equipment in the kitchen, it's rather basic but works just fine for cooking dinner and other basic needs.

Beautiful quiet, rural location full of birdsong but just 10 mins drive to nearest north coast beaches and small towns with eg. excellent local cafes such as Cafe Junior on the square in Santa Margalida. Great pool area with 360 panoramic views! Good space in 3 bed villa. Heater/aircon modern, remote control and worked well. Decent fridge/freezer. Friendly hosts if needed, once in contact :) Value for money good all told.
Kitchen facilities a bit more basic than ideal. Cheap plastic coffee maker worked only intermittently and leaked water. Hot water usually but not always available. No major issue though. Single beds in 2 of bedrooms ok but roll about easily which is not always what is wanted(!) One of those rooms doesn't have a heater in case needed. Outside furniture rather basic plastic. Shopping in local towns a little limited but larger supermarkets only 15 mins away if needed. Be prepared for breezes which feel cooler than temperature, especially at night.

The owner was very helpful and upgraded us to an apartment with a beautiful view so that we could be more comfortable with our pet. It's our second time staying there and every time it's a great stay!

The only nice thing was the pool.
The mattresses in the bedroom are old and you can feel the springs on your back. The kitchen lacks basic equipment, such as a cutting board, sharp knife, dish sponge. The bathroom window cannot be opened, the flush water is barely running, you have to wait 10 minutes to drain the water again. There are wild, sick cats everywhere, it is unpleasant to look at suffering animals .

It's a beautiful and quiet environment. If you are looking for relaxtion and time off it's the right location. It's all in all a place where you have everything you need for a simple and sweet stay.
It's super hard to find the location for the first time, as the adress linked to Finca Son Flor is not correct if you use Google Maps or Apple Maps. We were driving around back and forth for about an hour.. Then finally I called them to get help just to get the info that it's a different adress for navigation systems. In my opinion this could have been said already on the website when describing how to get there. It just saves a lot of time and nerves.

The swimming pool is really good. It is very clean and wonderful. It is a historically old and beautiful place. I definitely want to visit again next time! :)
At mealtime, many cats come and cry. It's cute, but it's pitiful. So I felt uncomfortable. I don't know if human food is safe for cats to eat.. How about regular feeding of cats in the hotel? can coexist.
