Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bequeme Betten

Im Bad sind einige Ecken rund gewischt, Staub in den Ecken der Glasablagen etc. Passt nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels und der Gäste.

Die Lage ist super zentral und doch ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Bei unserm Zimmer war das Kopfteil des Bettes sehr abgenutzt und sah wirklich nicht mehr schön aus. Das sollte man bei den Preisen ändern.

Erg goed hotel! Grote kamers, prima ontbijt buffet. Bar s’ avonds tot laat open en goede bediening. Op de kamer prima espresso apparaat van Illy, dus lekker wakker worden. Regendouche was voortreffelijk, het voelde als een fikse ware regenbui,

Niet mogelijk om vooraf kamer te reserveren met 2 aparte bedden. Bij inchecken hier veel onduidelijkheid over en uiteindelijk extra kamer moeten boeken.

Kamer was goed, ontvangst ook.

Breakfast is very good, quite a wide choice including smoked salmon. Parking convinient and close. Beatuifuil surrounding and very kind and nice people.

I can’t review it because I decided to leave the hotel after discussions about having to pay extra for the bed I asked for in the questionnaire from booking.com

Everything was amazing. Second time I stayed here and will definitely come back when there is another event in the Volkswagenhalle. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff was very friendly and we were welcomed by the friendliest Lebanese man on christmas day. He made sure our stay was exceptional. The staff were super sweet and helpful (warming up my food and preparing a pot of hot water for tea that I brought myself at no charge). The location was great too, especially for those with pets since you're right in the park but very close to the city (we walked to the christmas market).

A nice hotel with nice environment for a nice conference.

The man who worked at the evening shift at around 8pm on Sunday (06.11) is very unprofessional und unfriendly. Firstly, he struggled to type my name correctly and find my reservation. And then I asked if I can get breakfast, he said yes, then I had to ask again where I can find the breakfast, he answered. Then I have to ask again about other information which he could have directly told me instead of me keeping asking and asking. Then he gave me on purpose this one piece of paper about cleaning to ask me to read them through which was not asked by any other customers. And MOST importantly, he just can’t type. I wrote my bill address down. When I received my bill during checkout, guess what, the majority information got lost. if I had this bill shipped, it would never arrive. All the other stuff are amazing and friendly. A person like him should be reconsidered if he is really suitable for this job or just simply retake all the basic trainings.

Big rooms with comfy beds.

The bathroom had a strong smell like urinate and the toilet wasn’t very clean. Furthermore, the soap was missing and we had problems with our door. Luckily, they’d tried to fix everything.

Everything was fine, place,stuff, interior, breakfast and parking lot just behind the doors.

I really can't find any issues.
