Clean, cosy, comfortable, good location. Good parking for cars and bikes, which is a problem in Staithes.
Only the weather but don't think the host has control of that!!

The location at the top of the village made it easy to visit other places without having to go into Staithes itself. Having a full sized bathroom for each bedroom.
A very tired property, old dated furniture. The bedrooms were large but very uncomfortable beds with tired and cheap bedding. The bathrooms were clean but the rest of the property was just acceptable. Dirty floors under the beds and lounge area furniture. The carpets in the bedrooms have edges as well!
