The unit was very clean and conveniently located to Main Street in Frisco! The unit isn’t large but the space is utilized very well. I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Perfect location for adventure! Hit all the local ski resorts with the easy access to the shuttle stop and minimal driving for those resorts that didn’t have shuttle service. It was very well organized and had everything we needed! My son left behind an item, and we were called immediately by staff to let us know, who had it shipped to us. Will stay again!!

The condo was clean and a good size for two people. We didn’t use the stove or dishwasher, but they looked new. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot worked well. I worried we would be hot since there was no air conditioning, however the fan and open sliding glass door provided cool air. The disadvantage is in the morning, we were awakened by street noise and other guest. The bed and linens were comfortable. Our issue was parking. I was aware that a large SUV or truck could not park in the assigned place. I drive a minivan. I could fit in the parking place, but could not open my driver’s side door because of the concrete wall. A car was so close to our passenger door, we couldn’t slide out. The management company told us to park two blocks away, but it was raining and a street music festival was going on in town, so there was no parking. Luckily, we found street parking right behind the unit. This unit is in a perfect location to walk to the town.

This property is in a fantastic location just off of Mainstreet in Frisco. Super close to everything but also in a quiet area to wind down on the deck afterwards with a view of the mountains. Entire downtown area and the marina was walkable within 5-10 minutes max. Several trailheads within walking distance. A lot of great restaurants and bars. The unit includes a parking space in a heated garage, big plus. The unit itself was clean, well stocked toiletries, linens, kitchen equipment all clean and high quality. It is very well laid out. It is a smaller space but they really maximize it. Management company communicated well - they checked in on us via text during the stay and were available for questions or assistance. Only critique is that this listing states it includes a hot tub however we didn't learn until the day before leaving for our trip that the hot tub is only available seasonally from November to April per the HOA rules so it was not available for us to use. But would stay here again.

this is a small but comfortable place in a great location, close to Main St. A very easy to use Murphy bed. The cooking accessories (pots/pans etc) were a little limited tho.

I wish I could give my VRBO hosts & their adorable dog 10 STARS! The house was clean, roomy, efficient, quiet & made my stay 100% enjoyable. Thanks to Isabelle & George for suggesting fun places to visit (air boat rides were awesome) and a big hug to my buddy Coco; I'll miss all 3 of you!

This condo was a little smaller than I figured it would be, not a problem though. It had two pull out bed’s perfect for four people! If you do plan to bring more than 4 or a family. There isn’t a lot of room for luggage or anything you belong. It has a small closet space to put stuff on but other than that it’s not very luggage friendly. I put the bed up everyday so we had a little eating area with a nice table the condo host supply’s. The bathroom is very clean and fresh towels. And a laundry room right around the corner for any needs like that. I have no negative thoughts on this condo I stayed at for a week. The staff was very friendly and responsive. I give this a 9/10 for a stay. I don’t give it a full 10 just because of the limited room I was giving but it was a ski trip so that’s more gear than normal.

Great location and just enough space for my husband and I at the right price. The studio was clean and it was great to be able to cook breakfast each morning. We walked to nearby trails and restaurants as well as bikes to Breckenridge. The only thing that I wish I had brought was a thicker/stiffer pillow. Both my husband and I did not like the pillows. That said, the management was in contact with us a lot to make sure we had everything we needed so we may have been able to ask for different pillows. I can’t wait to visit again!

The condo was perfect for me and my short stay by myself. I felt comfortable and safe and loved having garage parking. Had the necessities and using the bed was easy and allowed for more room. Also loved having the patio and being so close to downtown.

Suggestions
We enjoyed our stay and return to The Bahamas tomorrow. We’ll miss the mountains and the cool weather!
I’ve managed vacation rentals before, so I have a few comments. Couple suggestions:
Makeup mirror on the bathroom. Mount one of the pull-out kind to the wall on either side of the sinks.
Only found 3 pillow cases.
A larger kitchen trash receptacle would be nice.
Other than the above, we loved our stay!

Nice little studio, very conveniently located. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and ski shuttle. Can also get to I-70 quickly. Wood burning fire place and garage parking spot were a major plus!

Nice location, but difficult checkin process
The place itself is nice. It's a small space, but it's well furnished and efficient with the larger couch and Murphy bed. The location can't be beat either, right in town. However, the parking space given is nearly impossible. When we arrived, we had problems getting in and out of the garage with the code given. Then the designated space is right next to a wall and there was a truck parked on the other side. The spot was so narrow, I literally had to climb out the back of my car to get out because I couldn't open my door wide enough. I'd be surprised if anyone could use that spot if there's someone in the spot next to it.
We also thought the management company who handled booking and checkin was difficult. The payment process was silly and overcomplicated (be sure to check the details before booking). And when we arrived to get our keys as told, no one was at the office and our keys weren't in the lock box as promised. Several guests were waiting for someone to show up and help us. The guy that arrived to help sort out the mess was very nice and apologetic, but the office could clearly be run better. When we went back to the office during their office hours on a Monday at 10am, no one was there either. Again, the place itself is decent, but be wary of certain things before booking.

First time renting with SMR. Major hiccup was the check-in process. No one was at the Frisco office to help with check-in at 4:20pm. Called number posted on door and was told to check my email. Checked email, nothing. Called back and was sent email with instructions. Went back to office to find that lockbox battery was dead. Another group called SMR and was told to wait for a callback that never happened. Called again after 20 minutes and basically spent 1.5 hrs at empty office before a very courteous SMR person arrived to unlock lockbox for us to sign paperwork. Minor issues with unit: allergic to feather pillows, found 2 other synthetic pillows but had to use extra flat sheets as clean pillowcase substitutes. Moved coffee table to make room for luggage and was very obvious no one had vacuumed underneath it. Pulldown bed was surprisingly comfortable, but lack of a permanent table and chairs was a bit awkward. Outlet on one side of pulldown bed wasn't working. Appreciated the full-sized fridge/freezer. Indoor parking spot was a great bonus because of all the snow; parking space was tight, but we still managed to safely squeeze in a Toyota 4Runner without a scratch. Keyless entry for building and unit made check-out by text convenient. Overall a comfortable unit that we'd potentially rent again through SMR if available; we've stayed in 2 other units in Cedar Lodge before and really like the location.
