The bedroom smells really bad , also it doesn't look like the pictures at all. The worst place ever !!!

Bedroom.

It is a very cosy and stylish casa in Gefsemani, my favorite part of historical Cartagena, with a swimming pool on a rofftop with a sea view and balcony. From balcony you can see San Felipe de Barajas castle. Stuff was really helpful, they let me leave my stuff before and after check in. Currently it is my favorite place in Cartagena.

There is no cold water in casa it is a common for the whole Cartagena. Nobody uses hot water here and if you ask someone people answer "Why anybody needs hot water at all?" :) May be it could be found in luxuries appartments in modern part of the city but I haven't check.

Sharon was very helpful and kind. Hotel was quite and it was nice to go in the pool after a hot day visiting.

Not so much of a problem for us but the shower doesn't have hot water, only tepid!

Really friendly cleaner who helped us during our stay (including doing our laundry). Lovely rooftop pool/jacuzzi overlooking the bay.

We had two rooms on two different occasions. Both were clean and had super-comfy beds, but were very humid, and both had this very bright light which didn't make for a nice atmosphere.

Good equipped kitchen, easy and contactless check-in, well kept style.

During all four nights, there were incredible loud music and noise - either from other guest or from the hostel/partybar next door. We weren't able to sleep!! Even still at 6 am in the morning. Since no staff is around at night, the guest themselves had to cope with the unpleasant situation. No hot shower. For three people the room would be way to crowded. The pool water looked like it would never have been changed (they changed it during our stay, at that time there was no water in the rooms) and around the pool there were too less space for all guest to be comfortable. I would not come back again.

Clean, fresh room. Great little pool on the roof to cool down in. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Unfortunately no bar or restaurant on site but loads of great local options.

Well located in Getsemani, back rooms are quiet, versus the room with balcony with street view. Swimming pool is nice to refresh after visiting the busy neighboroughs of El Centro y Getsemani.

It was a nice location and everything was walkable.

The owner called to my old phone number and my sister answered, instead of waiting for the time she could talk directly to me about a problem related to the mattress, she said very unappropriated things and was very rude with my sister who didn't have to do anything with my trip. This was very unprofessional and ruined the whole experience. Moreover, the place had a bad smell and was very humid.

Awesome little guesthouse. Super friendly and helpful owner. Very nice roof terrace with a small, but clean pool. Perfect location in Getsemani, lots of nightlife, cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Cartagena old town reachable by foot in a few minutes. Area felt very safe even at night.

Room facing the street was a bit noisy. No warm water in the shower (although that's not really needed in the climate).

Very clean, the cleaner is extremely thorough. The hosts especially Esperanza, were extremely lovely and sweet and spoke very good English. Great automatic entry system for the front door, so you can come and go as you please. Nice balcony and lots of natural light.

The room is right on the street so not recommended for light sleepers, very loud vehicles pass by early in the morning. The pool was very murky and not filtered. The wifi did not work in the room. The water stopped working for a day the host gave us a bucket to flush the toilet with. When it rains the smell of sewage filled up the room.
