Great apartment for a family with kids

Location is just great: one of the balconies sides the seafront, the other one - Pomorie lake. Fabulous views of both the sunrise (over the see) and the sunset (over the lake)! Spacious apartment that can comfortably accommodate a family with two kids - two separate bedrooms (2 single beds + 1 king-size bed). Underground parking (against additional charge, though). Outdoor swimming pool perfectly heated (seems not clean enough, though). Responsive owner, easy self check-in

WiFi doesn't spread out evenly to all rooms in the apartment.

Nice experiance with great location.

Nice/clean apartment with great location and host. The restaurant has a good/tasty food for a reasonable price.

The common parts of Gardenia Palace are not maintained at all, with broken tiles,windows etc. .... . Also the couch in the leaving room is not the most comfortable for sleeping - as a suggestion a topper will fix the problem.

We really enjoyed our holiday and would like to stay here again next year!

The location is amazing. The building is also great (it has a free swimming pool and a paid gym). The apartment is just as in the photos. Everything is in good condition. So far, it is our best experience in Pomorie! The host is also very kind and caring. She was regularly contacting us to find out if we needed anything.

There were just a few things we had problems with. When we checked in, the floors turned out to be dirty; however, it might be customary not to take off the shoes at home in Bulgaria (unlike in our country). Also, there is a small burnt mark on the counter in the kitchen (the only thing that can't be fixed). And the last problem was the door in one room which couldn't be closed, but the host fixed that the next day.

Enjoyable stay in Pomorie

Nice and comfortable apartment, exactly what we were looking for, literally on the beach. Two spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, giant living room incl. kitchen. Two balconies, one with sea view and the other one with view to the Pomorian Lake. Highly recommend for families with babies or young children. Kind host who provided us with all we needed for our baby - crip and high chair. There're also two swimming pools, suitable for kids. We'd definitely come again.

Surprisingly, there's no supermarket nearby.

Unique apartment next to the sea

The apartment is located at an unique place - right between the sea and the Pomorian lake. So you can go to the sea from one side and to the pools from the other side. The apartment is well equipped - has big fridge, oven and everything needed. There are two bathrooms which is just great.

Well, the mattresses are a little rough and uncomfortable as they are the basic level, which does not correspond to the other luxurious furniture.

Exceptional

Nelly is a great host. Ibarrived after hours, and shecarranged everything perfectly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, equipped with everything one might need. There is a short, 5 minute walk on a local road from the apartment complex to town, and the road of a bit underdeveloped - there is no sidewalk. However, a lot of people wall there and it seems safe. Other than this little detail, everything was great.

Amazing location - next to the beach, sea view through all apartment windows. Clean, quiet. There was everything what we needed in apartment for our stay. Friendly and helpful owner Neli. We would like to come back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic

This place is truly unique. There's a panoramic view of tranquil Pomorie Lake in the living room, so watching the sunsets there was both breathtaking and calming. The second bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the shore - waking up to the sound of waves and the view itself were absolutely worth the travel time. Besides that, the Internet was good enough to work; a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more comfortable; an abundance of good restaurants and cafés in the town. The apartment is owned by Neli, and she's definitely the Super Host!!! She was in touch all the time, made sure we find and leave the place okay, and were comfortable throughout our stay.

Exceptional

Fantastastic location. Small but great beach just in front of the window. Quite literally. Mesmerising view. Neli (the host) was everything a guest could wish for. Rather accommodating, super friendly. I am actually going to miss her.

The internet wasn’t great however it served the purpose.

Beautiful sea view and very confortable apartment

The apartment, although not same as on photo, is very confortable , with all amenities, a beautiful bathroom and has full sea view from all rooms.

We only learnt post factum that restaurant and other facilites indicated online were all closed in the property in view of covid although others were opened not too far.

The exterior of the complex is not very clean and organized and the beach needs more cleaning.
