A short stop midway to our destination, will return to stay longer.

The room was spectacular , ground floor , ample bathroom , tables outside facing the courtyard , lovely breakfast , also in the garden. Ample parking uot of view from the main road.

We loved everything.

A/C is great in the room. Culturally rich. Good location to visit Camargue region.

The room upstairs doesn't have an elevator, and people need to carry luggage upstairs by hand.

Breakfast takes place in a beautiful garden, which made our days even better already in the morning.

It bothered us that the estate is completely isolated (main road and fences all around) and it is not possible to take walks in the nearby surroundings.

Great place with a lot of interesting artifacts. The building and surroundings is very authentic.

We only discovered with had air conditioning on the second night when it was so hot and stuffy. The surroundings are lovely. Sitting in the garden for breakfast was so nice.

The sheets were too big for the bed but nothing to worry about. The sounds of the birds in the tiles above us was a bit worrying during the night but again just something to get used to.

Better than nothing in the middle of nowhere

Spacious room. Quiet air conditioning. Friendly host with adequate English.

The room has only one tiny window which is inadequate for air circulation and is not equipped with a flyscreen. There are no sunshades that you can close. The mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Contrary to the info given, there is NO restaurant on premises, it is a separate enterprise next door. It is closed not only on Sundays and Mondays but also on some other days subject to whatever criteria. You are not supposed to eat in the room, but there is no other way to obtain food apart from breakfast, unless you take a ride to another town (which you do not want to do after a days' bike trip). And you cannot eat outdoors because the mosquitoes will eat YOU. There is no shower curtain. There is no facility to boil your own water or fix tea or coffee.

Simple and nice as described.

We arrived in the evening to a Luke warm welcome. Maybe Alain was busy. Our room was ok nothing special and authentic about it. Few things needed improvement like a shower curtain would be nice so when showering the floor does not get all wet. But Alain said it was one of the few things he had on his list of todo‘s. We had to cancel our horse riding trip due to my wife having to go to hospital at midnight and Alain gracefully let us cancel last min with no charges. We had a short but comfortable trip and if your looking for a simple off the best place it’s worth the stay. We saw some of the other rooms and they seemed nicer with more charm. Breakfast was basic like all hotels in this category in France.

A fridge in the room would be perfect and would really help especially if u just want to have some cold water late in the evening or sit and drink a Glas of Rose in the courtyard which we managed one evening when the reception was open.
