Location was very good
Bathroom. Shower area was not good. Very flimsy and floor felt spongy like it was damp.

The website says there are preferential rates from the hotel for parking but no one seemed to know anything about that at reception. Luckily we were there Saturday/Sunday and Sunday is free parking in the street if you can find a space!!

Location, comfortable beds and quite clean and smart decorated rooms
- shower is on a bathtub and there's no place to hang the shower head. Making it quite inconvenient to clean yourself
- breakfast is paid apart, cant recall if 10 or 15 euros per person, but totally unimpressive and not many options. Cakes and cookies still wrapped in plastic .Still I admit it's better to pay them and have a basic bfast than having it in a café outside where you pay the same and get even less
- such a big building and you'd expect them to have a storage room for your luggage ... but they dont or if they do I wasnt given this option I needed to leave my belongings in a corner from the reception

Arthur, the receptionist, at 2230 was superb. So friendly and welcoming and after some negotiation, conducted all the welcome and instructions in slow clear French. Je Comprend. Breakfast good value for €10.

Center city location was excellent. The room price for this location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. After I checked out, they stored my bag for the afternoon as I walked around visiting the city.

The room was in the central area, and tho there were pubs in the area if you close the windows it was completely quiet. It was clean and tidy.
The check-in experience was terrible. We arrived earlier than expected, and although we knew it would not be 100% possible to check in early, we decided to give it a chance. The woman there was extremely rude, said we are too early - which was true, and told us to come back at 3. We came back at 3 to check in, and she said the rooms are not ready. Mind you, check-in time is from 3. She didnt say why, so we left again. At 4 the room was still not ready.... By the time we checked in, it was 6pm - over 3 hours after the official checkin hours.

Comfortable hotel in an ideal location...within walking distance of all the main tourist sites...very friendly staff...nice continental breakfast.

Central location.
The toilet seat was loose and I had to ask twice for it to be fixed. When it was finally fixed it came loose immediately. Fix your toilet! Unacceptable in a three-star hotel. The attitude of the lady at reception was almost obnoxious in her apparent lack of interest in solving the problem.

Location very very central close to Place du Capitole and Place Wilson. From the hotel you can easily walk to visit the city sights or the river shores. The Matabiau train station is around 20 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants, boulangeries, bars and other shops in the areas around the hotel. The room was nice and quiet but the window had no views. Wifi was good.

The location was perfect! Both rooms and bathroom was very clean.
The aircondition was not good enough, it worked, but couldn't keep the room temperature low.
Breakfast was boring and did not give the value of 10 euro.

Location is spectacular.
Staff were lovely.
Anything above reception needs updating. Aircon didn't work, in the middle of a heatwave.
Shower tiles were manky dirty.
No head for the shower, had to use by hand.
No facilities in the room at all.
Bathroom light didn't work properly even when "fixed" by maintenance.

the position. the near by metro station, quite central.
the very poor reception desk, they had not town plans to give and could't help with info related to the connection with the airport. the bathroom was missing accessories as the toilet brush, the shower had not a box...the toilet was flooded.

The location is great! Right in the heart of city center. Lots of activity, bars, and restaurants right at the front door. The windows opened up to give a good breeze. The bed was big and comfy and the pillows were great! The staff was friendly and polite.
Its is a small space. Like, not just the room the whole hotel. Very little elevator. Very little shower. Very little toilet. None of this was a big deal for me, but it was noticeable. The walls were also pretty thin. It was pretty loud in the mornings when other rooms were being cleaned. It wasn't a big deal for me, but I could see if being an issue for others.
