The photos show the rooms on the first floor, but the accommodation was in a room in the basement, where, looking at the number of people at breakfast, the hotel was rather not very occupied. After checking in in the evening, the room was cold with the radiator turned off. Visible extensive fungus on the wall.

Good location right next to some tram/bus stations go to the city center/central station. Clean room and friendly staff.

Value foroney, but spend a little more to get much better.

Clean and spacious room, decorated not as any off-the-rack corporate chain. I liked that. Good location if you have stuff to do in Düsseldorf's Pempelfort area.

Super-slow wifi on the first floor. It was impossible to stream a video or do remote work. That was a major bummer. Having only one channel without error message on the TV was not helping. Some lights in the room were not working, either. Because the tram ran till late (street facing room) I couldn't let cool air in through the window - and sleep at the same time. Reception staff was not unfriendly, but unhelpful. At check-in other (non-German) guests inquired about parking in the area. This was treated with a "that's your problem"-attitude, rather than giving some tips or guidance. At checkout I had to discuss why I needed an invoice and was not happy with the cc receipt alone. Strange.

Wonderful stay in this near hotel in a great location , easy to access via PT. Staff was friendly, rooms are spacious and clean and the streets are very quiet. Totally recommend .

Good price for a nice room with AC. The location was very nice, next to the tram stop.

The tram was a little loud if you opened the window and the room was a little dusty.

Clean and spacious room, with good bathroom and twin beds. Great breakfast and very kind staff. We stayed here because of its proximity to the Tonhalle concert venue, which is walking distance (10min).

Could do with airco perhaps, but we did have a good fan in the room.

I arrived late. The phone number on the door did not pick up for 15 minutes.

Bed was of good quality

Bad Wifi. No possibility to boil some water for tea, herb tea or coffee.
