The room was spacious and had a bath and smart TV

Good breakfast with fresh orange juice and a variety of salted and sweets food. Warm welcome, the guy at the reception when we arrived was kind and helpful. Clean room. Large parking.
The lady at the reception the second night was not kind. Did not even say hi when we passed in front of the reception.
The breakfast room is really small, it's even hard to move through the tables.
Our triple room was really small and the restroom was extremely cold (no heating there?) Also the shower was quite bad.

The breakfast was good.
The checkin staff were friendly on the Friday but for the rest of the stay the staff can really work on their hospitality and try and be more friendly and make a person feel more welcome. It would have been good to have a digital thermostat in the room to control the temperature.

the elevator did not work, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to (and down from) the second floor

Easy parking. Super friendly staff especially the man who checked us in at night! Room was huge with espresso machine. Drinks in minibar free!!

Huge parking lot with free parking, easy to find on a main street. The gratis drinks in the minibar were nice. The place looks good.
The 4-person room was very full with the beds. The hotel contacted me before our stay (but after the deadline for free cancellation) to say that they would not be serving breakfast at all because we were the only ones at the hotel. They also did not staff the front desk, so when we arrived around 8pm, we had to call to be checked in.

It has been renovated quite recently. The bathroom is modern and big. It is a nice detail that the beverages in the minibar are complimentary. I really like that there is no carpet on the floor.
The bedroom decoration could still be a bit improved: the picture hanging in the wall does not fit at all with the colourful board behind the bed (I would just take the pictures out completely). The building from outside is not as appealing as from inside.
