Das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hat meinen Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war viel größer und komfortabler als erwartet. Wir hatte einen schönen Balkon. Das Personal war, wie auch letztes Jahr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der Strand wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Ich empfehle aber, so wie wir, ein Mietwagen vom Flughafen zu nehmen. Man ist dadurch viel flexibler.
Das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, war, dass wir keine Spaghetti am Strand essen konnten. Man musste im Restaurant am Strand zum Essen gehen. Es ist keine große Sache, aber da wir letztes Jahr das machen konnten, war es für uns jetzt ein kleiner Umstand. Auch hier hat es das Personal aufgenommen und an den Manager weitergeleitet.

A wonderful place to rewind and relax completely. As soon as you enter the hotel they make you feel like a king. The room was nice, big, and clean. The staff was super helpful. The food was really great! Both the breakfast and the dinner. You also have the option to choose one of three restaurants for dinner, 2 of which are included in the half-board package. The private beach was also very great.
Everything other than the meals you've booked costs money, and quite a lot, so keep that in mind while booking. For example, the cheapest wine glass costs 12€ and the cheapest bottle costs 50€.
Getting into the hotel by transfer or by taxi from Olbia Airport costs around 60€ per ride, so you might want to rent a car.
The Gym is hidden in one of the corridors of the rooms. Took us quite a bit of time to find it, after asking 2 staff members for directions.
There is no iron in the room nor there is an option to request one. You can, however, request an ironing service that costs at least 5€ per piece of clothing.
If you're looking for snorkeling on the private beach, don't bother. While it is clean, quiet, and comfortable, there is little to none marine life there.

The territory of the hotel is quite big, green and peaceful.
2 beautiful tennis courts and amazing tennis instructor Martin.
Some rooms are brand new and quite big.
Friendly staff and nice food at the Mediterranean restaurant.
First room I was offered was very old with tiny shower.
Very small gym.
Taxi/hotel shuttle are very expensive. To Porto Rottondo is 25/30 euros for 5 min drive. To Porto Cervo is about 130 euros for a 25 min drive.
Not much of a couple resort.

the hotel surprised a lot. new, smelling facilities, very good room service, Botega Veneta amenities, wonderful view, convenient parking, very polite staff, would go again without hesitation. extremely luxurious service and beautiful beach. it's like feeling in a movie
I just thought their reservation system on the beach made by lifeguards was weird. With so many kind employees at the hotel, the lifeguards are responsible for coordinating the umbrellas, and I don't understand. many guests arrive early and are allocated the back of the beach even though most umbrellas are empty. and they don't help much to exchange. it was only at the end that a very kind employee provided an umbrella further ahead, but it was difficult. but the beach is beautiful and so is the bar service. nothing that detracted from the charm of our stay.

The location is really beautiful.
The property need renovations. It does not live up to a 5 star hotel. The food and drinks are overpriced for the moderate quality they offer.

location is incredible, has own private beach and pool. welcome drinks and stress free checkin valet parking, tennis and gym facilities, excellent breakfast.
expensive to eat at the hotel if not half board. gym could have been better. we visited in October which is their off season so much of the surrounding area is closed ie Porto rotundo so choice of restaurants was very limited.

the beach and close location to Porto Rotondo. the room was amazing with a huge balcony overlooking the sea
no ironing facilities you would have to wait 48 hours to have something ironed

beautifully laid out, the rooms were big , beds comfortable, was welcomed with a fruit basket and treats in the room, as well as a welcome drink while waiting for our room.
the staff were always very nice and helpful. would love to come back. breakfast was amazing and had lots of options
wished the spa would offer 75 min /90 min massage treatments. but that was minor. they were still awesome

The view is absolutely splendid! Beach is amazing with clear blue water. Sun beds are also great quality and comfy (more comfortable then bed in the room).
Close to airport so your journey is around 20 mins but prepare to pay a lot for a taxi because eevrything is very pricy in that area.
Staff at the reception is fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Paula at the conserge desk is an absolut star, helped us with out lost items at the airport and always greeted with a smile and professionalism.
Hotel food is very over priced (€24 for sandwich) for the type of food it is, portions are tiny and majority of dishes are not tasty and lack variety.
Restaurant staff is 90% rude, forgetting order, forgetting you exist and taking forever to even bring menu. Real let down. It feels like you are doing them a favour. Breakfast is very average, expected a lot more. We got bored of food and poor service very quickly and started going to Porto Rotondo which was amazing little town near by!
The guy at conserge service had quite an attitude as well could not help us with simple requests, not what you would expect from 5 start hotel.
Bed is super hard and very uncomfortable, 2 singles pushed together.
Shop does not sell essentials like suncream and there is nothing near by you have to drive.
