The staff was friendly, and very helpful. Our check out was very early and they had the breakfast available before their usual time justo so we can have some food before we left the hotel. Very kind people.
There was not AC.

Location is excellent with automobile for visiting around. City is walking distance from Hotel so no car needed if content of only Manciano City.

Everything was great, the staff very helpful and nice. Typical italian breakfast (sweet), good location to old town.
The air conditioning did not work properly. Since it was summer, sleeping with the windows open was not comfortable and the street noise did not help to get a good night sleep.
