Situated a little further from the heart of Giza than I’d have liked, but transport options are right outside to allow you access to anywhere you want to go. Pyramids are a short walk away and the Grand Museum a short taxi ride also.
There was a kettle in the room but no cups or tea/coffee. That’s trying to find fault as it was an exceptional hotel.

The room was big and it was located close to the pyramids. The taxi driver in the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Room service on the first night was great and saved our life :)
The area around the hotel is definetly not save for tourist to walk around. On check-in we had to pay extra money because we aren't from Egypt. The reception staff wasn't the friendliest. The breakfast doesn't worth the money, we really struggled to find anything appealing. We had a terrace with the room, but it was just covered with dust. The Tv controller was out of battery and we asked for a new one, but it never arrived

Honestly the property needs lots and lots of renovations
washrooms are not for a human use at all.. the room is very smelly.. no network and the Wi-Fi connection is dead when I called the manager to deal with the internet issue he stated shouting at me!!! so the minimum of respect to the guest does not even exist and front desk workers are even worse and helpless

The location is secure and safe
The service is very slow, I waited for 2 days just for the laundry service to arrive and guess what I am still waiting .
The towels were not changed but only folded to seem new.

the location, no restaurants, bad condition, dirty sun beds, rooms bad condition, hair dryer and tv not working. Nothing like the description on booking.com

Room was very dirty and staff was not cooperated ac control was not working. While bed and pillows all was dirty.

dated and room is not bright. room hygiene can be better. need to request toilet roll and bath towels.

rooms not very clean in need of a painting and carpet definitely need s to be cleaned no hoovering done under bed or behind lockers in fact very dusty…

they didn't prepare our room, we have to wait for a while. and finally they suggested us one family room but not very clean, very dark...

Old building, with inadequate maintenance, lousy area, cheap quality, terrible food, terrible internet connection, bad landline connection (never worked once!) bad shower condition, I changed my room three times and got the same quality each time, with hidden charges discovered upon arrival, unprofessional team, they're asking to sign a declaration that you won't have a company in your room at any time, unsecured doors and money safe lock playing funny when used it for first time (entered the password and my passport and money stuck inside because the safe has stupid memory)
