I have been several times to this hotel. It is cheap, basic and clean and that is what I am looking for in that place. A good bed a separated toilet and a good shower-cabin. I will come again.

We arrived very late at the hotel and we were able to check in without problem. Important: we called ahead to reserve the parking space. As a short summary: perfect room for short stay, excellent value for money and good location. I recommend it!

Room could do with some maintenance as there is a lot of rotten fixtures around the shower area which leaks into the room.

Good location within Beziers as only down the street from the historic town centre. The lady at reception was quite polite and efficient. I had a triple room which was good value. There's a nice take away pizza place only around the corner which did good pizza if one may like.

Very bad experience. Not clean, bathroom door couldn't be locked, parking space was promised but not provided. Overall very disappointed with the services.

Good location, easily accessible. They kept our bags after check out for a couple of hours which was very helpful.

The toilet 'room' was so small even I as a petite person couldn't sit properly. We had to keep the door open after bumping our heads on the toilet a few times. The room was old and smelled like it hasn't been aired (even on our last day after we had left the window open every day) and there were some very suspicious stains on the wall right in front of the bed. What was really annoying and bothersome is that every single morning starting at 7:50 am the staff would start banging the stairway door (which was right next to our room) multiple times when passing through. The first morning we woke up so alarmed we thought there was a bombing as the bed was shaking and the noise was so loud. We thought it was a one-day thing but then after it happened again the second day, we had to set our alarm at 7:30 am so we are awake when the banging happens so we don't wake up with a headache. It may sound like we are just picky and spoiled, but this was our first holiday in 3 years, and wanted the luxury to sleep in until 8am and wake up slowly in our own time.

We booked at Ibis because we stayed at an IBIS at the airport in Toulouse three times. There was no comparison. We would not stay again. The staff, the general atmosphere, the breakfast were just average. Nothing to make you want to come back. Would have been prepared to pay more for a more than average stay. The location was excellent. I picked this hotel because of the location and picked an IBIS because I expected a better stay judging on my stay at Toulouse Airport.

I would suggest visiting the IBIS at Toulouse Airport.

The hotel was the budget hotel and the rooms were small, but they contained all that was necessary for a nights stay. We did not stay for breakfast.
