the access to the beach and location was great. we rented a car and we’re very happy that there was free parking. our toddler also loved the water park - was great fun!
the food wasn’t fantastic, although when is it ever at an all inclusive? I did have more expectations for their Greek products though (honey, yogurt, etc.)
the hardest thing for us was that the kids entertainment started right outside our room at 8:30 - 11/11:30 pm. would have loved to bring our toddler, but he’s in bed by 7:30 (like many toddlers are). i get we’re on Greek time and kids like to stay up later, but it would have been nice if they turned the mic level down 5 notches as it was hard to get our toddler to sleep before 11:30 because of the noise which left him in a terrible mood the next mornings.
also the spa staff are too present. i would have liked them to stay in one spot to promote their services and not approach you at the pool.

We recently stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and safe experience, but our expectations were sorely disappointed. From the moment we entered the room, the lack of cleanliness was glaringly obvious - the sheets had visible stains and the shower was both dirty and bug-ridden. Our discomfort prompted us to reach out to the front desk, hoping for a swift resolution. However, their response was defensive rather than helpful, suggesting that we were overreacting to the situation, further escalating our irritation.
Adding to the unpleasant stay, the hotel's restaurant fare and service left much to be desired. The restaurant wasn't clean and fresh food seemed a luxury they couldn't afford to provide. Our need for a table for ten was met with petulance, only making the dining experience more disheartening.
Finally, the ultimate blow came when security, or the lack thereof, led to one of our bags being stolen straight from our room. We trusted the safety measures we were told were in place and left our bags, passport included, in our locked room. However, to our horror, upon returning, we discovered the bag missing. Instead of assistance and understanding from the front desk, we were met with blame, as they accused us of negligence for not using the room safe.
In summary, this hotel failed to deliver the basic hospitality standards - cleanliness, good food, courteous service, and safety. I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are reported.

Gute Lage mit leider etwas steinigem Strand und in der Einflugschneise (stört aber nicht wirklich).

Animation steht’s bemüht.
Buffet ist in Ordnung und Getränke ebenso.
Sauberkeit zwar sehr bemühtes Personal aber teilweise nicht ideal. Definitiv aber nicht dreckig.
Im Wasserpark können Kinder leider erst ab 120 cm Rutschen und kein gemeinsames Rutschen mit den Eltern erlaubt.

Many pools, large spaces ,private beach, food is available most of the day, the staff at the beach restaurant were very kind and made us special nuggets from chicken ,since the kids didn't eat fish sticks. food was fine
the price is fair for the season peak (august)
the room and it's building is very old , elevator is often not working properly (very old ) especially with baby stroller always need to find the right spot to locate the stroller in order to make the elevator respond. the sink hole in the shower was slow and there are no door/Curtin so the shower was flooded frequently. kids place/club was poor, wifi coverage was poor is some areas . pool/beach towels are not available most of the time (only when back from laundry which is not frequent enough )
close to the airport- so lots of landing planes are much heard.

We didn’t have a room in the main building, but we stayed in a block further away from the beach which was very badly renovated with absolute minimum comfort. The stairs and corridors were quite dirty. No Wi-Fi in the room

Needs maintenance in general - grills by side of the pool (water overflow filters) were loose and our friends son aged 3 fell inside, hurting himself.
Tennis court needs maintaining, as do the pool areas paving.

Nice and quite big territory. The main restaurant proposes tasty food of different kinds (meat, fish, lots of cheese and vegetables). Every dinner is dedicated to some special menu (mexican, asian, meddeteran, etc). Local wine is ok.
In respect of the weather, if you like it more warmly, it's better to visit Rhoades starting from the end of June. During our vacation, only the last few days were more comfortable. The rest were quite windy, so that in the evenings you are happy to wear a hoodie. Consequently, the sea and pools are not too warm as well.
The hotel itself we liked a lot, lots of fun for kids, adults, nice and friendly staff.
The matress on the double bed was too soft.

Our room was in the quiet part of the resort. The beach is nice, the staff very helpful. Food excellent- tasty and wide range. The greek restaurant was amazing.
Great face painting and the disco for children! Superheroes and Disney shows were lovely.
It was very crowded and loud in the main restaurant. It was necessary to wait for the drinks at the bar even during the dinner. The post mix machines didn’t work almost every day. The hotel is big and a bit worn out so do not expect any luxury. Location is near the airport so you can hear planes quite a lot. It is also on the windy part of the island - in June it was sometimes extremely windy with waves. So be prepared that the sea might not be the best for small children.

And there is absolutely no territory to walk around or even run. We arrived late in the evening and went to sleep, in the morning after looking around and having a breakfast we immediately left and relocated to another hotel (which we have absolutely enjoyed for 10 days).

Location! Lovely to have the beach right there. Staff friendly, lots of fun around the pool. Food nice.

We are really happy with this hotel. Close to the airport so was very fast to reach hotel. Taxi cost 20 Eur from airport to the hotel, you can go by bus but it will cost you 2.5 Eur per person, so if you are like 4 persons - its nearly the cost. Was a noise from planes, but we enjoyed that - really nice view. Food was really nice and plenty of choice. Stony beach so you need water shoes. Good place who like surfing because all services are right there. Recommend!
Apartment size was good, but we get 2 single beds instead of one double bed so was not so comfortable, our friends get double bed. The bathroom was good but water from the shower flows on the all floors so we used towels to make it dry. One water slide not work properly because in the middle you need to push yourself to continue slide.

The room was spacious and the property had great views. There were some entertainment options like dance parties and water aerobics. Staff were friendly overall and the price for what you get is good! There were a lot of friendly cats on the property.
There were a ton of kids and the cafe was always very crowded. It would have been nice to have an adults only area. The restaurant closed at 9 PM and there were no later snacking options available in case you missed that time. We ended up accidentally missing dinner the first night, which was a bummer. When we asked about options, the front desk offered us a very basic sandwich. The food was just ok. There were a lot of options but nothing super impressive. Expect to wait in line for dinner. The hotel is close to the airport, so if you’re a light sleeper you might want ear plugs for the sound of the planes.

Great hotel, very family friendly, the staff are all very welcoming. Location is perfect, loved the beach and the amazing pools. Nice food and the rooms are simple but nice. We loved the hotel and we will definitely be back.

First line to sea view. Kids enjoyed the waterpark, and there is a nice private pool outside bungalow.
The hotel does not reach a 4-star hotel resort and was too expensive. Pictures of hotel are very misleading. The reputation of the hotel is poor among the locals as well, which is why we are disappointing with Booking.com .
The hotel was not rennovated for a long time, rust is everywhere, paint is peeling from walls. The rooms are simple and basic, not very clean with sewage smell in the rooms and the bar areas. Public Pool water is not clear. Some staff members were very rude and not helpful, they work very hard but seems not content.
Hotel is located directly under the line of airplains landing in the airports - every 5 minutes. Terrible experience.
Hotel is over crowded and under staffed - very long lines to food and drinks - extra charge for entertainment and snacks for kids (10 Euro for a bingo ticket, 2 Euro for ice cream). The alcohol level was poor and food quality was average in all-inclusive package, incl the restaurants - which could not be reserved upon arrival except for our last day. During dinner there is long wait to get drinks.
No aircondition in the lobby and restaurants/bars.
The pool and the beach are extremely crowded, people sitting on top of one another. Although the bungalow (which is just a regular not-rennovated room) pool is nice, there is no privacy at all with the other bungalow.
Entertainment is very very poor, same music every night, no in-door kids-club, very noisy throughout the day - super loud music. One night there was a rock band which was nice.
Waterpark is very old and not well-maintained.
The location is not good, located 40 minutes by a very hot bus to Rhodes town, or 20 EU by taxi.
