Staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful in many aspects. The room was super clean. The location is good.

The infra-structure of the hotel is terrible. The noise is absurd. The walls are thin!!! You can hear all the noises (from the streets, from other rooms (even with guests speaking in a regular volume), from the elevator). The staff was really helpful and changed us from room, but still not possible to sleep.

Location was excellent, close to the main places in Madrid. Breakfast was good as well, nice selection of cold items as well as hot scrambled egg etc. Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and towels changed everyday. Lots of nice coffee places around, big supermarket with shops close by.

The room was spacious,clean, comfy beds, nice shower.

The fact that there wasn't shower gel in the bottle, just shampoo.

The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, plus there was also a good sized balcony. Convenient location across street from Principe Pio train station & within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) of Royal Palace, gardens, & historic centre. The included buffet breakfast was very good.

The lighting in bathroom was quite dim & wasn't much better in rest of unit. Lighting in the hallways wasn't the greatest either & lights only came on as you walked along.

Really, really convenient. A great place for sightseeing. Room was small but comfortable and the terrace was nice to sit out on. It made a good base.

Wouldn't really suit a long stay, too cramped.

I arrived after midnight and they gave me room no. 801 which smelt really bad and like some dead mice. I requested them to change the room. They acknowledge that they knew about the smell but have no other room available for me to shift. Given the late night, I had to sleep in the smelly room that night. They didnt change the room next day and just freshened up the room with room freshener. Also, the shower was very slow with cold water in the morning. No chair or desk in the room for sitting or work. No TV channels were working. I will not recommend this hotel to any family or business traveller at all.

rooms excellent, breakfast generous and excellent, all was clean, very spacious and in good repair and most reception staff were really truly helpful, gracious and wonderful

It is poorly soundproofed between rooms, I had requested in writing a quiet room as I was on a work trip. However the hotel reserved two triple rooms which adjoined mine for 6 teenage girls. Predictably, they made a lot of noise until 3am. I was grateful the night receptionist asked for quiet when I alerted him (though they continued regardless). On the following morning the receptionist (manager?) appeared unconcerned by my situation, when I reproached their booking had caused (the hotel was not full and other rooms were possible to locate a noisy party). I will need to carefully consider when rebooking, this is a pity as it is a very good hotel.

Great location- metro station,large shopping center with cafes-cross the road,convinient supermarket next to the hotel.Royal palace,Almudena Cathedral,Debod temple in short walking distance.Staff was nice and helpful.Room small,but clean.

One of the best and cleaner hotels in Madrid. 100% worth the money, room very big and comfortable very clean place definitely will visit again

There was nothing that we did not like everything was good

The balcony looked to the Casa de Campo and it was really beautiful. Also, both bathroom and room were spacious and the bed quite comfortable.

The big lamp didn't work, but there were other 4 light options, so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

Friendly reception staff, big balcony.

Toilet roll not restocked for multiple night stay, walls thin so could hear conversations of people in room next door.
