Sehr schöner Blick, aber abgewohnt

An sich sehr schön gelegen. Toller Blick aufs Wasser! Aber man muss den Lärm wollen, der bis 22.00Uhr unerbittlich auf den Hotelgast von der Promenade eindrischt. Bei mir waren es mehrere Gesänge gleichzeitig, nur aufgelockert von Hupeinlagen ankernder Restaurantschiffe. Wer es ruhig(er?) mag, ist vllt auf der Stadtseite besser aufgehoben. Dann aber ohne den phantastischen Blick vom Balkon! Tja - ansonsten…. In die Jahre gekommen; erbaut wohl Ende der Nullerjahre wäre aus meiner Sicht eine gründliche Auffrischung fällig. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, aber vom Baufach (und da wohl schon kritisch). Ich hatte mir das Hotel am Ende meiner 5 Wochen Vietnam gegönnt - es war mit einigem Abstand das teuerste meiner Reise, aber bei weitem nicht annähernd an den besten Unterkünften dran. Außer beim Frühstück - da reichte es von Vielfalt und Auswahl zu Platz 2. Und: Es war sauber, das Personal freundlich.

The view overlooking the river is absolutely beautiful.

Do not stay here

The reason why I booked this hotel was the Location and indeed it was the only Location that convenient to our family.

It’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed with old & tired rooms with mouldy smells, non functional bathrooms with blocked toilet and dirty old towels. Dirty carpets and very hard bed that made my elderly mother unable to sleep. Breakfast was very ordinary (had better in 2 stars Hotels).

We won't be back because of the checkout issue we had to deal with.

1.We had an issue when we checked out. The front desk told us they couldn't find the laundry bag in our room. If they couldn't find it, we would be charged $100,000 VND. When I came in the room, around 9pm, we were tired after a long day in a car, we didn't check the laundry bag. So, we were not sure we would be responsible for the loss. My friends who stayed in that room weren't in the lobby when we checked out, so we couldn't check it with her. My sister had to call them asking about the bag and they told us they didn't see it. We told the front desk we didn't take the bag. After that, they told us their staff didn't put the bag in our room. We are not happy with what they told us. They should have checked it with their staff FIRST before they asked the customers. That made us so uncomfortable and unhappy. It's 5 star hotel and staff should be trained well enough to deal with a very small issue like this. 2.The carpet in the room is pretty old and it should be replaced as well. 3.We appreciated a front desk check-in staff upgraded one room to the river view for my family. 4. The location is great, jus a short walk to Cai Rang boat station for Cho Noi Boat tour.

Good hotel in a great location.

The location was great and the breakfast varied. Rooms were big and with a nice view of the river. Staff were very thoughtful and super helpful

Overall it was great - shame sbout the pool

Location and views were brilliant. Staff were great. Breakfast was great

Swimming pool was dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned and nothing was done - very murky water. Carpets in the room were stained and dirty.

Exceptional

Opposite to the hotel, they have the river cruise. Can tho comes to live in the evening. Lots of people. The downtown streets lights have beautiful lights display. About 10 minutes walk, there is a wet market. The only thing we found was only very small handful local people can speak very little English l. Sometimes need your phone translator. hcm city is a bit better.

beautiful hotel, staff were just lovely. room was great. nice pool. good choice for breakfast

advertised as having roof top bar. there was no bar at all, & obviously there hadn’t been for a while. no building work going on but staff said it would be opening in a month

The accommodation was okay for the price. Buffet breakfast could be better.

Breakfast was okay. Not much variety but they have the fresh noodle soup station.

Breakfast buffet could have served more fresh food. The food they have, looked dry and old when we were there.

Good quality city hotel in convenient location with excellent staff.

Location was very convenient for visiting most sites around town. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and assist with any issues. Buffet breakfast was very good. Nice outdoor swimming pool albeit a little small.

Rooms and facilities are a little bit dated … and maybe due for some refurbishment. Bathroom toiletries are a bit ‘basic’.

A top floor balcony room overlooking the river was very pleasant.

For a hotel of this standard and size, it was hugely surprising there wasn’t a bar (especially as the outside area was only geared towards locals).

Great place to stay in Can Tho: would recommend

Large comfortable bed. View of the river. Good bathroom. Nice pool. Very convenient location. Helpful staff. Arranged a packed breakfast for us.

A little noisy on Saturday night but fun to watch the activity along the river. The pool was advertised as being open to 9pm but when I went at 7 I was told that they were closing it. However they kindly let me swim for a while.

Super stay

Wow wow the exceed my expectations. The hotel IS in the center a wonderful view on the lake, large room ,clean with all the necessary aminities. The breakfast was wonderful and so much choice. In collaboration with the reception guy (I don't know his name ,smiley face/ I made Surprise to my Friend on her birthday and he helped Book a boat to floating Market and also decorated it. An outstanding Set UP in the room with cake fruit offred by the hotel. I highly recommend
