The best accomodation in the region and beyond. Everything was perfect. Katarina, the host, is very kind and helpful. Garden is wonderful and well kept. Both kids and adults enjoy it. Studio is spacious, clean, equipped with everthing you might need. Location is perfect, beach is 2 min by foot. We will definitely come again.

I would highly recommend the place. Where should I start from....The garden: absolutely gorgeous, quite big, with soooo many details. At your availability you could find BBQ, sun beds, big porch with tables to take your lunch/dinner out, kinder yard, tennis table, fountain.... and more...There is a huge work behind. The studios: extremely comfortable, equipped with everything you might need, with a big terrace over the yard and with a sea view. We are a family of four with two little kids - everything needed was there, even more! The cleanliness: every single day the studios are cleaned! I`d never experienced this in Greece and not only. Not even my little monkeys managed to make as much mess as the apartment was cleaned (and they are very capable in doing mess). The owner - Katerina: the most working and welcoming person you could dream to have as a host. She simply never stops. And the result is obvious! Amazing and very personal attitude. She will recommend you where to go, what to see, what to buy (if you need something), moreover she`ll bring you what you need...The location: really very very close to the beach. We`ll be back definitely! Highly highly recommended!

The rooms are large and clean.Beautiful garden,peaceful location,near the sea.The host was so friendly and she helped us with all our requests.We will come back here with first ocasion.

Perfect place for families, the rooms are very spacious and clean and the garden is in great condition with a playground ideal for kids. The owner, Katerina is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked! This was the second time we visited the place and we'll certainly come back soon one day.

We, as a family with small children, love this place. The rooms are spacious and clean. The garden has an area for everyone, either you want to lay down and relax while kids play in the playground or BBQ and enjoy one of the many tables under the gazebo.
The beach is 5 min away by foot and it's free, it is made of small rocks and gets deep fast, but kids enjoyed learning to swim there.
The best part about this area is that you can discover a new beach and/or restaurant every day just by driving for 15-20min, but if you want to stay in paralia you can walk to the market (2 minutes away) or to the centre with all the shops and restaurants (less than 10min away).
Katerina is always helpful and kind.
