Great location, helpful and friendly staff and just a nice place to stay.

It had a nice feel about it with character yet was modern and a really comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice.

Quarto muito quente e sem ar condicionado. Sem tomadas suficiente para carregamento de aparelhos. Sem porta USB disponível. Sem elevador. Acesso aos quartos através de escadas.

Confortable, servicial y tranquilo en el centro de Miraflores

Lugar conectado a todo en el centro de Miraflores, muy servicial y el desayuno exquisito en especial su escabeche. Aparte las habitaciones amplias, se nota la limpieza y las camas cómodas y cero bulla quizá porque la habitación estaba al fondo y es silencioso. Todo bien, volvería alojar en el hotel.

Mejorar las toallas y los jugos del desayuno.

Gran ubicación en Miraflores, muy cerca al parque Kennedy. Instalaciones impecables, la habitación muy cómoda, el baño con agua caliente y el desayuno tipo buffet muy rico con opciones de huevos, jamón, queso, pan, fruta, jugo, café, leche, yogurt, cereal entre otros. Recomendado en Lima

Owner was super nice and always willing to help, they do what they can

Location is great

Super noisy specially if you stay in the room with the balcony. Also, there’s an issue with the water in the town and the owner asked us to take a short showers at night just as heads up

Muy lindo, la comida también muy rica, y el espacio era es muy cómodo.

Lamentablemente como esta situado cerca a los bares, había mucho ruido en la madrugada y a veces no dejaba dormir

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location in Miraflores. Clean room. Comofrtable bed.

Unfortunately i cannot give a higher rating due to the fact that the rooms do not have proper windows, just sliding glasses (which is common in Peru). The result is that they do not insulate from noise and temeprature. It is like sleeping with windows completely open. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Beautiful, very centrally located hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and reasonably priced.

Far too many single-use items, like soap, plastic spoons and cutlery inexplicably packed in paper bags.

Just 1 block from the main square in Miraflores, but not noisy at all. Large bright room. Very nice and large lounge area, with tables and sofas.

Nicely decorated hotel in a great location near to parque Kennedy

Quite loud as all the rooms face out onto a courtyard so the sound travels up through the building. They advised us to keep our windows closed but then the room became very hot, and the fan that was available was extremely loud. Reception welcome was unfriendly

When things go wrong please resolve them. Don't ignore!

Room was clean.

Regrettably there was no water throughout our stay at the hotel. Our group of 5 arrived from the airport tired and in need of a shower, only to find the taps and shower dry. I tried to call reception to discuss but the in room phone wasn't working. After walking from the top floor to reception I was informed that the water hadn't been working for a while. Why would you not inform your guests of this when checking in?? No water when we arrived back later that evening and no water when we left very early the following morning. We asked for bottled water so we could wash and this was declined. Unacceptable. The hotel itself is very noisy and you can hear every word other guests say as they arrive and leave. The room was clean and tidy which is the only positive and the reason for a 2* review. I'm still trying to resolve the water issue now but Casa Suyay have steadfastly ignored Booking.Com for many weeks. Really poor service. I am a regular visitor to Lima and regrettably could not recommend this hotel.

Lovely place in vibrant Miraflores

Super location close the the centre and fun areas with night life and also close to public transportation. The room was spacious and breakfast was plentiful. They kept our bags and helped us for booking our taxi to the airport as well which was really helpful.

It was rather noisy and it was quite cold in the room. Overall it was very nice and has what is needed for a good night.

This is a very nice place to stay.

The room was very comfortable. The staff at the desk were very helpful.

I was told that taxi to airport would be between 16 and 26 soles, the taxi driver charged me 60 soles.
