Very freindly and helpfull host. Thanks Deborah, BB Palazzo Diaz is very centralized in Marsala city. Walking distance to everything. Value for your money.

We missed a big towel.

We loved the design of the room & bathroom, felt almost like a spa. The room was clean and quite big, also the airconditioning was very eficient. The location is great, very close to the main central area of the city with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The parking can be found nearby (some are free of charge, some can easily be paid by EasyPark app and are very cheap), we called the owner by phone upon arrival and he opened the entry door remotely and gave us some useful information, so check in was very easy and quick. The breakfast was delicious with freshly prepared scrambled eggs, there is also a jacuzzi on the terrace, so all in all it was a nice experience and definitely a property we can gladly recommend.

jacuzzi didn’t heat up. waited couple hours, nothing. there wasnt electric kettle, when asked, said it was broken, seems nothing special for them but for me it was importnant, and in room description said that they have. using toilet was hard enough because shower glass wall is very close. shower floor is leaking.

Nice location, close to restaurants, center of town. Ten minute walk to ferry. Deborah was so sweet, we had a lovely breakfast every morning. Check in gentlemen were nice and patient in helping me find parking. Jacuzzi was nice to relax. Would stay again!

Would be easier if Google map pin was sent for free parking lot. Add a couple more sleeping pillows, if not on the bed, then in the closet.
