위치 좋구 깨끗하고 편했던!! 아침도시락 짱인 오클라우드호텔~^-^

아침 식사 너무 맛있었어요. 춥기도 하구 이른 아침이고 근처 나가먹기 그래서 주문했어요. 5000원이라 사실 기대안했는데... 딱 필요한 것들로 아침에 먹기 너무 좋았어요. 남는게 있으신지^-^;;;; 사장님께 너무 맛있는 아침이었다구 전해드리고 싶었어요.

Great place to stay during weekdays.

Extremely convenient location. Many places to eat. nearby Transportation is very easy. Room is very spacious. After a long day of work, I'm happy to find my room cleaned up very nicely. I didn't have to worry about security or losing my belongings during 1 month I stayed at the hotel.

Walls are thin. I can hear the cheerful young crowd outside the hotel, people in the next room, and the hallways.

Superb

Location was good, room was comfortable.

There was no toothbrush and no toothpaste provided but guess this is common across Korea.

wouldn’t come here again, the room is much too small for a couple

location was great - good food restaurants within walking distance

the room was just unacceptably small. the bed was right against the wall and on the other side it was in the aisle - no room even for a bedside table. you shouldn’t offer this size for a double room. service was patchy - good at times and poor at times

Great location in Gangnam!

The Location was very good and near Sinnonhyeon and Gangnam Station.

We didn’t enjoy the view as there was construction going on and quite some noise from it. Also the room is quite tiny and not recommended for families. Also it didn’t really feel like a 4* Hotel and the room seemed rather outdated.

Good location with many options of restaurants and cafes

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from Exit 9 of Sinnonhyeon Station, and next to a convenient store, cafe/bakery. It is also near a host of restaurants and cafes. My room is Standard Double which is a tad small but manageable for solo traveller. It comes complete with toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, shower robe and free mineral water (2 bottles per day throughout the stay).

The hotel room door latch is quite long which make it easy for intruders to open it. While there is a lock from inside, it is advisable for travellers to bring their own door security locks for additional safety.

Hello Hotel staff where super rude. I had surgery at 6thseptember and it was a tuff one.I stayed there to recover. on 9th they kicked me out altho I booked it until 13th. so I forced myself to stay there after I puked and had a crazy fever I decided to walk back to hotel, almost passed out, not a joke. then they gave me a room after a 15 minute talk. i went to rest. then they started to call to me and send me a letter to my room. after I left they even didn’t gave me a tax return paper, then threatend me. i got really pissed off, like I was working there. i didn’t feel like a client. i can send you staff member photo. sheets where bloody or with some soy souce. flip-flops where also terribly broken. like a ghetto hotel. they called me to my room, when I was sick and forced me to go and pay for my bill, altho I said I will pay when I leave. they wrote me a letter so I can send it too. then they frequently told that the “don’t speak English”, altho I understood that they can speak! I called my doctor and if he was in a lobby they said to my doctor, who visited me that I need to go downstairs to front desk and pay that bill right now. like I was working there. stupid things, but they matter and my health isn’t in a good shape at the moment. so please understand that this hotel is a mess. and I want my money back as soon as possible. i can send photo and letter later today, when I land in Poland.

This place is not suitable for non-Korean speakers.

Location is ok if you like shopping, otherwise it is quite far. Rooftop terrace is nice.

Rude staff. Staff do not speak english at all, except for one person. Staff makes you wait in the lobby even if you are only 10minutes before the check-in time. Rooms are old.

Great location. Nice room.

When checking in, we were asked for several pieces of documentation that were not requested BEFORE the date of check-in. It would not have been a problem to bring them, but standing at the check-in counter was the first time we heard of this requirement. Also, as of August 2022, there is a MASSIVE amount of construction going on in front of the hotel that you can absolutely hear in your room. BE ADVISED.

Affordable, comfortable and overall - pleasant!

Loved the customer service provided at the lobby and the location of the hotel. Would recommend this to other colleagues who are travelling to Korea for work, etc.

It would be great if there is a taxi service that works together with the hotel. It would be tremendous help to have a taxi which the hotel could call immediately should a customer need urgent transportation to get to their meetings.
