Nicely located, good price-performance ratio, good breakfast

Hotel was dirty, especially in the elevator, floors. But also in the rooms (washed, but stained bed linens). We had a standard double with heavy mold stains in the bathroom and a suite where the sink in the shower did not worked that the water had to cross the bathroom floor to get into another sink. Electricity outlets were broken.

The location was great.

The bathroom was not great. There was spots of mold throughout the room and the sink didn’t drain properly. Also, before we checked out, the cleaning staff (I’m assuming) opened our door and left it open while we were gone.

I like that at the last night the staff finally took the initiative to fix the broken air conditioner

to be honest, I am appalled by the state of this hotel. this was my first trip to Korea, and I had high hopes and expectations for this country - that however was shortly lived. the cleanliness of the hotel room was questionable, mould could be found in the toilet, the air con filter was filthy (ironically), the air conditioner basically broke down with massive water leaking on the first day after 5 minutes. upon alerting the staff, they seemed apologetic but nothing had been done the next day despite them saying so. We had to stay in the warm room without aircon. Additionally, the e mart beside the hotel was filled with insects, including the freezer. The hotel clean up did not make the bed or cleaned anything at all, only adding new towels.

Location: Good, it isn't the near to any subway but it is 2 minutes away from the nearest bus stops and it is also within the Hwaseong fortress which was pretty cool. You can visit the whole fortress without even leaving it! Staff: There was only one lady in the counter and she was kind Room: Very comfortable and it has it's own air conditioning as well. It even had those mechanical massage chairs (I didn't try it though) It also has a computer for some reason within the room. Cleanliness: 9/10. Bed was clean but just some of the cabinets or furniture were just a bit dusty Washroom: It was clean and it even has a bathtub. The shower was also detached from the faucet which was neat. It has shampoo, conditioner and body wash There is also a self E-mart convenience store at the lobby. I would go back here again

There was empty bottles and tissues from the previous guests behind the night table. They should improve they cleaning efficiency.

Great location, big room with bunk beds for the kids which is rare. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location. Walking distance to Hwaseong Fortress as well as the traditional culture center, suwon museum of art and suwon hwaseong museum. Room was cleaned and exactly like the photos. Afternoon staff didn't speak to us when checking in but staff at night and morning was very helpful when we asked some questions.

There was a smoke odor in the hallways around night time, but once inside the room you couldn't smell it and in the morning it was gone. Breakfast had very limited food options but they were tasty and the lady in the kitchen was very kind and friendly.

The room had a balcony. The location was nice, close to Suwon fortress wall.

There was no coffee in the room. They had herbal tea in the room which I guess is more traditional Korean but some people need their coffee in the morning. That is a big negative for me. We had to leave early and did not have time to have breakfast or coffee in the hotel's restaurant. Like many hotels in Korea the room was also heated too warm. We had to leave the windows open and turn on the aircon at one stage even though it was -6 outside.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the atmosphere in the room was very nice. The location is great, a plenty of historical places nearby. A comfortable place to stay in Suwon!

Only one minus could be the view from my window but that was not a big deal

Amazing location to visit the fortress. Appreciated discount on the coffee shop next door. Good tips from very friendly reception staff. Bubbly bathtub. Quality goodies!

Nothing really

Literally at the entrance of the Traditional Culture Centre. Eateries around. Safety.

The male staff in the evening could be more professional than continuing with his phone conversation despite seeing me stand at the reception

Very good location; less than 7min walk to Jangamun, many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity and quiet neighbourhood.

The water pipe was really loud and bedroom walls are relatively thin.

The location was nice and the room was adequate. There was a nice view from the balcony at sunset. Also, the bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure.

There were many bad smells. In the reception area there was a mixture of a synthetic "room freshener" smell and sewage. On the elevator, that synthetic smell was very very intense and unpleasant and in the room, there was a bleach-type smell.

The staffs can’t speak English and the breakfast time is too short.

Convenient location

They asked me to deposit about $10 for spare key. They don't allowed many things.. ex) don't allowed flushed toilet paper :D A bit too much to controlling customers. Bathroom door was broken so we couldn't close properly. It kept staying open.. haha

Excellent location in Suwon to the Fortress, Palace, Museums & Gallery many lovely coffee cafes and eateries

Could have been much cleaner, particularly the lift!!! Rooms a little dated but comfortable. Reception weren’t helpful in organising taxi to airport fortunately we were able to do it ourselves with help of a Korean speaking family member.

Great size room for the price. Had on site car parking. Helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely superb location, couldn't be any better. Great to have a 24 hour convenience store in the lobby.

The drain right outside the front door had the most outrageously disgusting smell, I realise this is outside of hotel's control but was still a negative. In room safes did not work, apparently the case for the entire hotel. Room was huge and would have benefited from a sofa or two comfy chairs instead of the tiny cube stools provided. Light switches for bathroom were over by front door, nowhere near entrance to bathroom, that was inconvenient.
