The breakfast could be solved better than in the restaurant next door with a wider range of dishes than just a brioche.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The balcony was a plus as well.

The location is perfect! It is quiet, but still in the center of everything. Restaurants, Bars, harbour, clothing stores and ice cream places are just close by. You can find parking just around the corner on the street for free (you just have to look a bit, but we found a spot in high season every single night) with just 2-5 minutes walking. No need to pay for the parking spot which the hotel offers you. The rooms are big and very clean. The view from the rooms is amazing. Kitchen also very clean and has everything you need for vacation. Staff is very nice. Highly recommend!

We booked a room with balcony, but we did not get a balcony. They told us we had to pay 100€ extra to get a room with balcony. And just to mention: the breakfast which is included is only a cup coffee/cappuccino and a croissant (still delicious and good quality!)

Internet did not work the entire 4 days we were there. AC would turn off every 2 to 3 hours and then had to be turned on again. Not good for trying to sleep at night. Also, bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on and had a hump in the middle.

great new hotel, beautiful views from the large terrace on the bay, large bathroom, very clean. very nice service.

problem with the parking spots

The residence is well located in Castellammare del Golfo, on the front line to the harbour. Having a safe parking place a few tens of meters up the street has been of great help (even if it's paid).The rooms were spacious and the balcony of our room huge (although you must stand up to see over the rather tall wall.

As we have already advised our hosts, they must do something about the room cleaning staff. First night, although we paid for a room for 3 persons there were bed-sheets for only 2 persons. The second day (after complaining to the reception) another bed appeared inside the room. But, to our surprise, the next days we stayed there, we were provided with only 2 sets of towels and bed-sheets. Also, no more bathroom towel for feet. We have also felt quite awkward having our underwear folded by the cleaning person. But the shock came when, in the last day, when packing our stuff to leave, my wife found out that one of her rings was missing (we both saw it on the table in the morning when we left the house for the beach). Although I have brought to our hosts attention this situation and they promised to "investigate" (this was 4 days ago) we still haven't heard from neither one of them. We travel a lot and I tend to be mild in my reviews (not mentioning minor "annoyances") but this was the first time something like this happened to us.

The owner is a really nice person,good location ,lots of restaurants near the residence. It was really clean .

Breakfast is very poor. One croissant,one coffee and one glass of water per person every single day.

Breakfast could be a bit improved. One pastry and one drink per person (though both were very good) is a bit of a letdown after the rest of Sicily.
