So great to come back to this relaxing place - we loved it and hope to return again.

Very relaxing stay - we did not want to leave. We loved the style an attention to detail at South Lodge and the beautiful garden. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the many walks right from the door. We look forward to returning.

This is one of the best cottages I have stayed in. The owners have obviously put a great deal of effort into making sure a guests stay is comfortable. I stayed for two weeks and I had everything I needed! It was all very clean and well layed out. There was a wonderful welcome wjth fresh eggs and a cake waiting for us on arrival. A fabulous touch which really put me into the holiday mood. The location is great too, just a short drive to some incredible sights.

We booked a trip for the long weekend, and the hosts were so accommodating!! There was fresh baking in the kitchen when we arrived, they had given us some freshly laid eggs by their pet chickens and they were more than happy to help with recommendations for restaurants/things to do. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent property, comfortable quality furnishings, beautiful garden to relax in, hosts Mark and Linda had thought of everything that is needed to make a truly relaxing stay. The fresh cake made for our arrival was a lovely welcoming gesture.
