Proximity to Siena.

First of all the rudeness of the staff/owners(?). There was no indication how to enter the hotel from parking. Nobody as from 3pm so our room keys left at entrance. With baggages you have to climb up to reception around the premise. Next day, the first thing the old lady told us is "pay 3eur city tax" in an aggressive manner... No greetings or asking how was our stay... and no body soup in room... my wife asked that room was too cold and her reply was "wear a jacket"!... (!?) Hotel can be a really nice place with proper professional staff...

Clean and comfortable room. Beds are good and bathroom is very good. Staff mostly friendly.

Smell outside the rooms. Receptionist aggressively arguing about getting bikes in the room (nowhere was stated that clean bikes could not be in the rooms). Buffet breakfast was poor.

Breakfast was OK. The croissants were not excellent. Pretty standard prima colazione that is found in 2-3 star places.

The bed was amongst the worst I have ever slept in. No staff available after 4pm and no notice of that fact. No advance notification that we needed to transmit documents to the hotel. On arrival, 5 sets of keys in envelopes at reception desk. Not very secure.

We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and the kindness of the staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The bed was very firm and the shower was very small.

If you have a car, the location is very good. There is free parking. The hotel is new. Very quiet. The room was large. Elevator in the building.

No smart TV. The breakfast is simple, but it is good to have this option, as the hotel lies a little bit far outside from Siena. The access to the hotel from the parking is a little tricky. But we already knew that because of the comments we had read here. Thus, we had no problem. But it would be nice to have more signs around the hotel explaining where is what.

The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable.

The air conditioner was not working.

Nothing to complain!

The location is really perfect. Is close to Siena and at the same time in a quite place in the green. The building is old and quite impressive (in a positive way). Breakfast is good.

When we arrived there was not warm water for shower and heating system. The stove was broken, which can happened. But on the top of this, happened that somebody of the service just got into our room without asking or giving notice just because she mistaken our room with another one. All things that can happen but overall make a stay not really confortable.

Very good location near Siena in quiet area. Private parking. Modern , clean rooms in old Italy style villa. Professional , friendly staff. Good breakfast.
