It is close to the national park

I did not see the host, I had phone contact, and got explained how I can find the room. It seemed that I did not understand right. When I arrive, I looked for the room, and I found a open door with the key outside. It seemed that this was not the room. There was no hot water, and in the first night the temperature drop to 14°C. That was too cold. The funny thing was, I have been sitting on the terrace, a young boy went by with a young lovely dog..

Helena's place is located in a quiet space. Trees and birdsinging bring a peaceful feel to the grounds. Just what you need before you visit the lakes which are just a short car ride away. The accommodation is basic but very spacious . The kitchen has equipment for minimal cooking. The place is ideal if you're looking to get the best deal for budget accommodation. And last but not least: Giorgita and her cat make the greatest of host! thank you for the lovely stay.

Nice, clean spacious rooms. Kind host provided valuable local knowledge and advice on Plitvice routes. Recommended.

There were multiple wifi access networks with different SSIDs but none of them provided reliable internet access. Two had weak signal with internet which worked when my phone was able to catch the signal, and there was one with strong signal but no internet. I asked the host to restart the router, and she kindly obliged, but it did not solve the problem unfortunately.

Free private parking. Big room with private bathroom. Close to Plitvice Lakes National Park.

We were there only for one night but the property is in a nice remote location, it was clean and the host was very nice and kind, gave us some tips regarding the area and the Plitvice Lakes.

Well, I was passing by the location and needed a nights sleep on my way to the Plitvice park, so for the park the location is ideal as it is a short drive away. The host was excellent and nice, gave us a name of the local restaurant where to go for spit roasted meat, which was just mind-blowingly good!

Not much I can say about this, the host was helpful, the room clean and organised, the only thing I was missing in the room was the AC, but it felt cool when walking in. Surely the property has them just could not see one in the room.

The owner is very nice gave us all the tips we needed : what to do around , how to organise the day at the plitvice Laks , and she gave us a good adress for the restaurant close to Helena's place (3 mns walk). Breakfast is very good also at Helena's place. I recommand you to stay here.

Host is super nice! Very friendly, also speaking fluent english! Check-in was very easy, just as check-out, we also got recommendations on where to eat, and to watch out for police for driving fast.

Cleanliness could be improved. Very basic in every sight, breakfast pretty overpriced, definitely not worth the money. I guess this is what you get if you go for the cheapest option in the area.

-the host was super nice and friendly, gave us some advice on sightseeing and restaurants :) -really good location for the Plitvice Lakes visit (10-15 min drive) -nice and clean room with a comfy bathroom -big dining area, which we could use for own breakfast -fridge available in the common area

-the internet network next to our room was not functional, so we had to go to the other areas to use the WiFi

The breakfast was very good. The location is close to the entrance 1. Good quality for the price payed

It was a nice rustic room and the host was really friendly and helpful, she even told us what else to visit except Plitvicka and where to eat good food. The room was clean and spacious.

The wifi signal wasn’t good.

No kettle for tea or coffee. Would have been great to have.
