Nice place to unwind

Nice pool and eating area. Fair prices for drinks and food. Rooms are spacious and nice balcony. Polite staff.

Rooms could have been cleaned more regularly. No snacks or sandwiches available to purchase during the day time. Entertainment was basic.

The location, the apartment was spacious with a small balcony and the check out time !

No telephone in the apartment so I couldn't reach reception.

It is a nice place to stay, it needs upgrading which they are doing, I would recommend.

The staff were very nice, we were given a standard apartment but I had booked a superior one & when we queried this we were given the right one the next day. When we arrived there was a small welcome pack & note which was a nice gesture. We asked the staff who clean the apartments for more pillows & they got them straight away for us, they were so helpful.

There was only one mirror in the apartment which was in the bathroom, another mirror was definitely needed in the bedroom or hallway, we also had ants in the bathroom & bedroom, when we told the staff they sorted it out straight away. There were no toilet facilities at one of the pools.

Very good

Close to Marina, great restaurants and bars. Swimming pool close and not too busy. Restaurant and Bar convenient for staying at the complex.

Basic basic basic.

Swimming Pool was brilliant for the kids and the restaurant next door was ideal for a cold beer and lunch.

Very very out dated. Cockroaches in the rooms every night, I had killed more cockroaches than I care to imagine during the stay.

Nice little stay cheap and cheerful

It was quite nice, good for the price paid. Nice apartment probably more suited to a young family than a couple.

Quite abit of a walk from the marina. Fair few cobwebs and spiders in the apartment.

Very relaxing bweeks holidays!

On request we were reallocated to a one bedroom superior apartment beside the pool which was excellent and suited my friend’s needs very well. We appreciated the request to change was accommodation was respected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Initially we were allocated a two bedroom ex apartment with interior satires. However my friend has a mobility - which to be fair I did not highlight at booking. I decided to check with reception about a different apartment.

Nice stay except the sewage smell and pathetic small single beds in the bedroom

superior airy apartment, clean location, nice pool, bar. location not too far from centre, €4 euro by Uber to town or 30 minutes walk

sewage smell constantly coming in the bathroom was very off putting. single beds in the double bedroom were pathetic small and like box room.

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money, and only a 4 euro uber ride away from the marina. Apartments are very clean and have everything you need for a break. The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help. Very nice pool area and bar.

Best value for money.

Accommodation great.staff very friendly and helpful.facilities all close at hand and leisurely 20 min walk to marina.

There was nothing not to like.our party all had a great time.this was my sixth or seventh stay here and reason why we always choose parque mourabel.great value for money.see you all again soon.

great room, great staff, great location and great weather what more could I ask for.

Room was excellent and roof terrace was a bonus.

Minor gripe. I find the plastic garden type chair more comfortable to sit in than the excellent metal chairs on the roof terrace.

Oasis village apartment

Location

Although Apartment was clean it's very dated and needs refurbing. It had mouldy window and door frames. Some electric sockets were loose And coming away from wall. Roof terrace could be maintained better. On a positive the gardens are well maintained.

Affordable apartment

Rooms need updating. Got stuck in bathroom for 20 mins as door was faulty - I was staying alone - very scary experience

Overall an excellent stay at Parque Mourabel. We would definitely return if the Flies disappeared.

We stayed in a superior room which was excellent. Very large with kitchen facilities and a large balcony. We were on Half Board basis. Although the Half Board meal was a set menu (starter, main meal and desert) the quality of the food was very good. The bar was well stocked and priced very reasonably. A couple of small shops are also close by if you require any additional groceries. A large supermarket is about 1 mile from the hotel. Although the Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and to the centre of Vilamoura it is a very pleasant stroll and we enjoyed this. If you are a golfer we walked by various courses close by. The area is also very clean and quiet.

We found that the pool area and Vilamoura in general had a lot of flies. This was really annoying and could be off putting (obviously nothing the Hotel can do about it). Constantly buzzing around you (not too sure if it was down to time of season). Some people sat at the pool with Fly swatters. A couple of times at breakfast (when Julia the manager was off) we found that it could take a while for the trays of hot food to be re-filled. Other than this small complaint everything was excellent.
