Un petit déjeuner avec une très large majorité de produits bio serait un plus. C'est ce genre d'établissement qui doit amorcer une transition écologique.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we believed it is way too overpriced. Taking in consideration there are a lot of bakeries in the surounding paying 56 EUR for for 4 family members (including children) per day is really expensive. Bathroom looks quite old fashioned, but clean. Shower curtain would be useful in the bathroom.

the rooms and communal hallways for accessing the rooms leave a lot to be desired. very outdated.

The location was ideal. Right in the centre of town and on a pedestrianised street. The room was a little on the small size but perfectly adequate. The rooftop restaurant was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast there each morning. There was a very comprehensive buffet.

Received an upgrade from standard to comfort room (very spacious, well-equipped), location is ideal, rooftop terrasse (for breakfast) is stunning, warmed pool is small but view is exceptional

The room was a decent size and quiet. Bed was really comfortable with beautiful bedding. Our room seemed to be new,y renovated. The bathroom setup was different. There was a closet for the toilet and a separate area for the sink and shower. Internet worked well. Breakfast was of good quality. Typical European breakfast meats, cheeses lots of bread options, jams, fruits, juices, coffee and of course eggs. And the view from the rooftop breakfast room was spectacular. Breakfast was €14 per person. Loved the location of this hotel with easy walk to absolutely everything including train and ferry stations. We would definitely stay here again

The only negative about this property was we didn’t find the front desk people very friendly. They wouldn’t even look up and acknowledge you when you walked in the door.

The hotel location is extremely central. A nice view from the roof top pool. Housekeeping and roof top restaurant staff extremely professional and courteous.

It has been three months now since I have been waiting for a refund of my stay in this hotel. They have ignored all communication that I have sent which is totally unacceptable considering the unpleasant stay I experienced. There were issues with the air-conditioning which they never managed to resolve. As one can imagine, in the middle of the summer, a guest must be able to regulate the temperature in the room so that you can have a decent stay/sleep which is my case, was not at all possible. I reported this issue several times with the front desk manager who was not able to fix the problem. I asked for a refund ( this is not compensation) as I paid for the room on the day that I arrived but I was told that nothing could be done by them and I had to send an email to the hotel. The manager told me he agreed with me and encouraged me to send my request. What type of service is this? Unacceptable and totally disrespectable. The hotel has all the details of my complaint and refund request. I will pursue this as long as I can as I feel I am entitled to what I am looking for. Regards.

The Hotel Fesch is in a very nice location - right off the mostly pedestrian shopping area. It is close to the train station, the harbour, boat tours, the citadel, and the market. It is not far to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, quiet and relatively spacious. They serve a good breakfast - fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs and bread and pastries - they actually had fresh whole wheat bread! There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was helpful and courteous.

the rooms are a bit small and the bathroom a bit old but all functional and clean. Proper shower gel and shampoo would also have been nice:)
