Personnel très aimable, quel que soit l'interlocuteur à l'accueil. Vraiment notable.
Arrangeant (changement de chambre à l'arrivée car trop bruyante notamment)
Literie confortable.
Petits déjeuners variés et attrayants
la localisation, si elle est pratique, n'est vraiment pas glamour, coincé entre le parking de Conforama et plusieurs routes.
L'hôtel est rénové mais c'est visiblement un bâtiment assez ancien, mal insonorisé.

Breakfast was good and the stay comfortable.
The restaurant was closed for our one night stay, with no restaurants within walking distance.

Had to cancel a trip last minute to paris to unfortunate even - book last minute as a fair price with a reception open 24 hours .

The room was clean and functional. Ensuite. Tea/Coffee facilities. Good size car park. This was a 1 night stopover of a drive throiugh France to Agen, we arrived later (23:00) but there were english speacking staff their, so all good.

The staff is amazing. Really appreciate the accommodations that were made for us. Also, it’s very easy to reach by the local bus.
Unfortunately, There were no grocery stores nearby within walking distance.

All of the amenities worked, the hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing and the hotel is centrally located. We'll stay here again.

Hotel is located on the road. Good when you have to have a rest on the road. There is a restaurant close to the hotel. Free parking.
Breakfasts are poor. Rooms were cold, it took 1h to warm it up. It was problem with hot water, but they fixed it. small rooms.

what a great find, didnt expect much considering the price, but boy was I surprised , it was clean, spotless, ,comfortable ,quality bed linen and mattress ,lovely shower room ,very tastefully decorated , the whole place was a wow

Cleanliness. The breakfast lady was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
In the middle of nowhere near a big road could not open the window to noisy despite the heat and of course no air conditionning. No lift I had to carry heavy luggage to the last floor. Room are white and boring....Slightly depressing

Great customer service. We arrived early to drop luggage but she check inn give us room it was Relly hot that day she provide cold bottle water and provide the nearby restaurant list room was clean. bedding. pillows clean comfortable

Fairly typical three star hotel, which is close to the airport and a small commercial park. Comfortable and clean with a restaurant next door. We didin't use this on this occasion. Parking is onsite
