Me gusto mucho la atención de Don Ancizar, muy amable y diligente. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato agradable, es amplio y acogedor.

Es un lugar acogedor, limpio, cómodo y muy cerca a todo lo turístico de Manizales, don Ancisar es una persona muy atenta y amable .

Es una opción de hospedaje sobresaliente con una justa relación calidad/precio y un anfitrión que es 20/10. La ubicación es excelente.

The shower is quite nice.

The host kept me waiting and wasn't responding for around 2 hours on the street where I almost got robbed in the meantime. This district is not that safe and police is intervening all the time. He's charging 15,000 pesos extra for cleaning even though the room was not clean at all. There was a dead spider in the middle of the kitchen and some remnants of excrements in the toilet itself. This place is very pricy (paid 67k) compared to for instance Montecarlo that costs just 30 and the host and thr location are way nicer. Please avoid this place.

The facilities and location are very good. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The WiFi was strong most of the time. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and allowed me to check in an hour early, and check out one hour later.

I often had to turn the shower on and off 3 or 4 times before getting hot water and even then, the hot water would often cut out after 3 or 4 minutes, without touching the taps, and sometimes wouldn't come back on, so I had to boil up a pan of hot water. The neighbours can be quite noisy at times and walk right next to your door in the passageway. The last morning the noise from the above construction was so bad, I couldn't work online, however, that was only the one morning and I hope it's soon finished, as I would still stay for a short period.
