Had a really lovely time at this cute boutique-style hostel. Relaxing and calm vibe.

The hostel has really nice interior in what feels like a euro-Japan mix, nice kitchen, small sofa area where you can sit and read or put up your laptop, very charming bathroom with Japanese bathtub. The bunk beds are big and spacious with lots of room for your luggage. The neighbourhood is nice with lots of coffee shops and restaurants, about a 30min walk from the big shopping district.

I wish there was some more utensils and stuff in the kitchen for cooking, but I’m guessing most people prefer to eat out anyways.

实在是有点心累，本来来神户就是为了休息几天，提前接近一个月订的住宿，结果在我们坐了好久的车，下车已经要快走到住宿地的时候，才临时通知我们没有留够床位，告知我们无法入住，给出的处理方式是让我和朋友两个人在挤一张一米的床上。我们没有接受这样的解决方式，店家才说给其中一个人订了另一家青旅。当时下着雨，我们两个女生拖着行李箱非常狼狈。虽然给我一个人免了一晚上房费，我的朋友也很累了，只能花高价和我住在了一起。我们因为在神户有三天行程，只是第一晚让我们换了别的住的，第二天还要搬过来，我和朋友淋雨加上搬来搬去已经生病了，真的是太折腾了。我们的神户休息之旅，也因此弄得又折腾又生病。

快適でなかった

立地条件。駅近なところ。

敷布団のシーツに結構ホコリがついていたので交換されてないのかと思いました。チェックイン時に、トイレには使い終わったペーパーの芯がいくつか置いたままで補充されてなく、便座裏も汚い状態で清楚がされてない状態でした。

西元町駅から近い民泊!!!

立地条件かとても良い!!! 又、経営者の対応・人柄がとても良かった!!!

今回、3F奥で宿泊した所Wi-Fiの接続状況が良くなかった!

オーナーとスタッフの人間味！居合わせたグローバルで素敵なゲスト達初めてのゲストハウスでの宿泊でしたが、いい思い出になりました。 1階にあるドーナツ屋も美味しかったですし、近くのスーパーも閉店間際に行くとお刺身やお惣菜が半額で破格で食べれました！他にも近くに気になる飲食店が多々あるのでまた時間を見つけて神戸に来たいです！

特にありません。延泊するくらい良かったですし、働きたいと思ったくらいでちょうどマネージャーを募集してたので立候補しました笑

Great big place with very nice bar area and owner

First of all the owner Sai is a great host and will help you with anything you need. She even took us to a hike in the mountains. The bar in the hostel is a great chillout place, you could also choose music if you like. Rooftop and big kitchen too. Also the location is near city center

The futon beds are a little hard to my liking but I could have 3 layers so for me it was alright. Also the place needs a little renovation/re-Modeling but Sai already started to work on that

Nice little hostel

- Helpful and warm staff - Nice bar area to chat and have a drink - Tatami room and comfy beds - Pretty good location, not far from city centre, trainstations and kobe pier

- A lot of stairs (if you have problem walking it can be an issue) - It can be a bit noisy at night when people come back late. not all beds have wall/curtain to block sounds

Exceptional

I recently had an amazing experience at a hostel I stayed at and I wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dorm room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like individual power outlets for each bed. One of the highlights of my stay was the hostel's social activities. They organized a cafe at night which was a great way to meet other travellers. I also enjoyed hanging out in the common room and chatting with other guests over a cup of tea. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and sociable place to stay. The staff were top-notch and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. I can't wait to come back!

good value

pretty good value for a clean hostel in a good location. the facility was equipped with everything I needed and the staff was a happy friendly person whose always willing to help.

if you stay in the futon room I found the thin mattress to be difficult to sleep on and from the room the Wi-Fi was bit unstable.

Great choice for Kobe

The staff was super friendly and the have an amazing cafe/bar downstairs.

I was a little confused by the layout of the building but it couldn’t be helped.
