O lugar é muito bom . O Castelo muito bonito porém está abandonado .. largado .. sem manutenções.. propaganda enganosa ao dizer que tem duas piscinas.. café da manhã muito fraco nada aver com os anúncios . Muitas dúvidas no que diz respeito a reserva de quartos.
Uma estrutura que poderia ser com esses custo benefícios bem melhor.

Praticamente só da localização
Praticamente tudo. A pousada está extremamente mal cuidada, com aspecto sujo. O café da manhã é péssimo. Os atendentes (não todos!) são hostis e sem empatia. Os lençóis velhos e mofados.

Quarto grande e confortável, bem limpo e organizado.
Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Não tinha uma proteína descente. Faltou ovo. Tinha apenas um molho de cachorro quente que hospede nenhum quis. A reposição demorada, e quando vinha, uma quantidade tão pequena, q em 1 minuto acabava tudo novamente. Necessário mais funcionários. Usam a mesma pessoa, pra várias funções. Muito errado isso.

The construction that seems to be a castle made my kids amazed, the location is very good and the rooms are comfortable.
The cleanliness of the bedding and towels were not good enough and the man on the checkout was totally unfriendly.

Bar/Restaurant staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Front dest woman was extremely rude to us and to some other guests. Despicable behaviour from someone that should be greeting and giving information to guests.

The most interesting aspects of this hotel is the location and its medieval decoration. They also offer free parking and free breakfast (good assortment of pastries & fresh juices).
I asked for a corkscrew at the bar and the barman said they didn't have one (curiously, I observed some open wine bottles inside the glass-door fridge just behind him, so was wondering how he got to open those bottles). Also, he denied a glass and said only plastic cups were allowed inside the room. To me, his true intention was making me come to the bar and purchase his own beverages.

The hotel looks a bit ridiculous, but actually isn't bad at all. Nice room, swimming pool, great breakfast, friendly staff
