Pension Zoi is a few minutes walk at the most from the village centre. However, it feels like a rural location with few other buildings near it therefore very peaceful at night. No pool or bar and no TV in the room. However, this was not an issue for me as I wished a quiet night. Owner's parents, who spoke only German, were on hand all day and evening. Very pleasant couple who tried to help despite my lack of the language. Air conditioning was included in the price and was first class. Excellent beaches within an easy walk with resturants nearby. Parking is free and ample. Room was extremely clean and the bed first class (for me).

Nothing. Some people may wish flat screen TV's, bar, pool, butler service and food. You won't get that at the price. You do get good value simple rooms.

Host was exceptionally nice, location was perfect and in walking distance to everything in Kolympia, rooms were fantastic with your fridge to freezer compartment at the top. Rooms also had all the cutlery with a sink and hobs incase you wanted to make something. Outside you had a table with chairs were you could sit in the sun surrounded by the beautiful well kept garden. Air conditioning in the room was excellent, room was cleaned and fresh towels brought on a daily basis. Great value for money.

Where my room was the Wi-Fi didn’t overly reach it but could go outside to get it.

I have got all I need.

I class myself as a traveller. I desire more sometimes than a sterile hotel. This place is a hidden gem on the outskirts of town but the shortest of walks to the best bar. I cooked and ate on their beautiful garden using the kitchenette. This is the place of your wavering!!! I assure you.

I liked everything and will stay again no question but add this to make it perfect. - no English news channels (BBC, sky etc) but of course great Internet WiFi. Bar that I wish I never left. Well done !!!

There is no breakfast, but the host served me coffee free of charge! It's a lovely place with fruit trees in the garden not far from the beach and the main street with restaurants and shopping a short walk away. Very reasonably priced.

It could benefit from fresh curtains, some updates and getting rid of ants in the patio. The host didn't speak English, but we managed to have a chat somehow without speaking the same language :)

Very nice and helpful owners, beautiful garden, quiet location close to the beach, but also to shops, car rental and restaurants.

Nothing, maybe a little bit more equipement in the kitchen like a cutting board and a sieve

Room and owners were lovely. Basic, traditional room but clean and comfortable

Kolymbia is a bit nondescript unless you like tourist shops

Many thanks to the hosting family for their hospitality, help and advice. I've been travelling alone and it was a great decision to stay there - possibility to be alone and and always have a chance to join for a coffee. Thank you!

Just an advice, maybe to place people who smoke and don't smoke not as neighbours with the same terrasse...
