I have been travelling for years and have booked more than 100 places and this one is one of the best ones so far. Very nice apartments for 4 people- two rooms, a very big living room, also two toilets and even a bath. 10/10 would recommend.

was OK but not the best ..

the rooms are comfortable easy to cook a meal , good bathroom with a bath which is great after a long flight parking close by near room...

no air conditioning or fans as it gots hot ...internet WiFi drops out all the time signal not strong enough at times ..no microwave, had to wash dishes by hand ..

Very modern floorplan studio, it's comfortable live and work. Good kitchen facilities. The best choice, if you decide to choose a hotel room or apartment.

Very good

Located in a residential area slightly away from downtown Warsaw, behind the Royal Palace. The good thing is that it is quiet and has a large parking space. The accommodation is spacious, it can be used comfortably.

Only basic kitchen tools and cleaning tools are provided. There is no washing machine in the accommodation, it is inconvenient for long-term stays. And the internet was not often working well in the evening.

Very Nice facility with but staff need improvement

The facility is very nice and beautiful with well kempt surroundings. The rooms were very well prepared and neat and i will recommend it to anyone travelling to Warsaw at all times. As a self-catering facility they had all essential things like Kettle, burners, cups and plates.

The staff were very poor in terms of their relations and weren't very helpful when assistance was need for things like hailing taxis and it's like. I don't know if it is because of their difficulty with the English language

Let's start with the fact that when we check-in there was a blockage in the bathroom in the washbasin. After a call to the reception, a plumber came and fixed it, thanks for that. But how can you accommodate guests with such a washbasin - I don’t guess. We lived in the house named K, wi-fi caught just awful! The room does not have a microwave and a sofa, which is an additional inconvenience. If you are accommodated on the 2nd or 3rd floor, then please note that there is no elevator and you will have to carry your suitcases yourself. If you want to wash things, you need to go up to the 3rd floor in the building and have zloty coins with you, if there are none, you can’t wash things. If you don't have a car, keep in mind that the nearest civilization and shop is 1 km away, which is very inconvenient. And finally, they will never enter into your position and try to do something. so think before reservation this apartments.

Big appartment

From 22;00 till 01:00 lots of noise from drunk people in front of our appartement.Got little sleep as from 5:30 same people left the room that morning with more noise than other people do when leasing that early. No soon reaction at my complaint at 23:15, no answer phone at reception that time despite of 24 service.. Their own rules on site as between 22 and 6 it should be quit it is not followed up by reception in time.. Will never go back there.
