very lovely and helpful staff , gave us tips and made sure we had everything we needed. rooms were comfy and had all necessities

Our bus was late, it is in a super dodgy area. We arrived at 1am at the hotel and it was shut. We had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. In this area where we definitely didn't feel safe.

The staff, they welcomed us in the middlee of the night

Wifi is good, big clean room , hot showers, large flatscreen tv, fan, towel, tp and soap. Room cleaned on the daily. Central location however it is quite a hike if you want to visit el jardín de la vida which I highly recommend. My room was at the back of the hotel, it came with a window and was quiet.

Its not luxurious but decent. Found the guy at reception a little stand-offish to be honest.

the hot wate was perfect. the ac was also great.
