All inclusive food was great. It was really nice, with plenty on offer. It was the best thing about the hotel.

No kettle in my room, which was very basic.

Staff cannot speak English and some if them were rude. Spa area wasn’t very clean.

The area and location was fantastic!

The staff were untrained and frankly useless. The didn't have basic knowledge of the resort. We got a Helicopter transfer from Geneva and while arranging arrival, I messaged MMV asking how to get feom the Helipad less than a mile from the hotel. They came across rude, untrained and completely unwilling to help. We ended up having to sort it out ourselves with no assistance. I took pictures of the conversation attached. At check-in the saga continued. I was travelling with my wife and 2 kids (4 & 5). I booked 2 adjoing rooms but sadly they put us in 2 rooms at either side of the hotel 404 and 425. The next thing was that they asked that we not bring our 4 year old son back to kids club. He has a mental disability. Obviously it doesn't say that kids woth disabilities aren't welcome they just tell you that once you get there! You would think that was it but sadly no. That was just our first 12 hours. Later the first day I twisted my knee and tore my ACL Skiiing. I was taken to the hospital that's attached to the hotel. My wife asked the receptionist where the medical centre was. She said "there's not a medical centre in Arcs 2000" She told my wife that she would need to go to Arcs 1850. My wife pushed back and said "I just spoke to my husband, he says its attached to the hotel somewhere". The receptionist again said "there is no such place". She called me again and a nurse gave her directions. It was indeed attached to the hotel. Lastly because of my injury we had to leave early. On checking out reception was adamant that we hadn't paid until I showed them my bank statment. All in all it was the absolute worst experience from a "resort" I've ever had in my life. It was actually the worst experience from any hotel anywhere. Including cheap rundown motels with pay as you go beds! The full place smelled of sewage, the decor was run down.
