Hôtel Crony

On a aimé le prêt de vélo pour faire le tour dans hoi an mais gratuit que 2 heures. Le service et le petit déjeuner ça va, belle rencontre avec Schuk La salle de bain avec la douche bien.

L état du sol, la climatisation qui fait du bruit, mal isolé du bruit.

Thất vọng, phòng WC thì hư máy thông gió nên nghe toàn mùi, nhân viên phục vụ buổi sáng quá tệ, khách ngồi chờ 2 tiếng đồng hồ, thức ăn sáng thì quá đơn điệu và cực kỳ dỡ lại tính quá đắt so với ở ngoài, nói chung quá thất vọng về chổ này

Fijnste verblijf van onze reis!

Het personeel is super behulpzaam en lief. Hotel manager Chuck liet ons echt thuis voelen en heeft ons verblijf in Hoi An echt geweldig gemaakt. Hij helpt je met alles, staat 24/7 paraat en kent de leukste plekjes. Het is een rustig, intiem plekje met nette kamers, lekker ontbijt en een fijn zwembad om af te koelen. We hebben nooit langer dan 3 minuten op een Grab hoeven wachten die ons binnen 10 minuutjes rijden in het centrum dropte (€1,20 per ritje ongeveer).

Awesome and peaceful place away from main tourist area

The is place is amazing and quite. Backside of property is cozy restaurant beside the pool and small river flows behind the restaurant and it had ducks. They quaked all the time. They gave us Airport pickup and drop to and from Da Nang, and cars were nice. The manager “Uncle 6” (I think American) he was nice and helped us lot. We arrived pretty late, so no restaurants were open nearby but he took us on bicycle to one of his friend “Mai” and we had delicious Vietnamese Chicken Rice there.

I was there at the Time of Tet Holiday, so your experience might differ. Although the hotel is nice l, the location is far away from actual Hoi An ancient town. A Grab ride would easily cost 100k VND and if you are in Hoi An after 9pm, most Grab Riders won’t pick your request and you have to ask Green Taxis (and they quote high price). They have access to room for room service which I did not like, nothing was taken and they provided personal safe for safekeeping. Still, access to occupied room is no good.

Excellent hotel, cheap price. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Hoi An. Kind, friendly staff who made us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. Good communication via WhatsApp. Cheap scooter rental on-site - it was about a 15 minute ride into the ancient quarter of Hoi An, but honestly I would recommend staying at Crony Villa over the very busy and touristy centre if you can ride a scooter. Very comfortable bed, clean modern bathroom, and TV with Netflix. Room had both a shared terrace balcony AND a private balcony. Pool and bar area looked great though we didn't use them - nice place to socialise in the evening. Extremely cheap for such an amazing experience.

The distance to town would be far if you didn't have a scooter, but we actually preferred this location. A taxi would be cheap anyway.

Beautiful Hoi An hotel

The rooms and pool were clean, Friendly staff and great location All things needed on site like moped rental and laundry!

Some mould around the curtains and our friend had to change his room due to this being on some of the walls. Also, we were almost overcharged on checkout for our breakfast that was meant to be included. We weren’t informed that you can’t have it when you check in as we checked in at 5am and they have a weird 24hour check in policy

Très excentré du centre ville de hoi an et de toutes les animations et activités obligé de prendre un grab à chaque fois mais cool pour se reposer à l’extérieur de la ville tout dépend ce que l’on recherche

Tout est très agréable, très beau, le personnel est génial et a l’écoute. Tout est propre.

Five star hospitality!

The staff here really are special, I will always remember their warm hospitality. They had the answer to every question and really helped me out with an early check-in! The room was great and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place, it was relaxed and nice to see other backpackers too! The pool was a nice addition to the stay 👌

Buena relación calidad/precio

Muy lindo cuartos y la ubicación es muy buena, con linda vista al río. Si pueden conseguir piso alto se ve divino. El personal suuuuper amable y con buena disposición.

El restauran es en general bastante malo, el desayuno no recomiendo que lo compren para nada. Es preferible salir a desayunar afuera o llevarse algo de afuera.

The ambience and the quietness. The lake behind and ducks in it was a bonus. The receptionist YUKI was very helpful. She took care of us very well.

Lovely staff

Staff was lovely. They helped us with everything we needed and took good care of us. Very good laundry service.

There were two power outages which lasted for a few hours while we were staying there. The room is a bit used and it needs some repairs.

Nice stay

The setting was great, lovely pool area and small garden with swings. There was good air con and really attentive staff. Breakfast was limited but we got things which we could eat.

The location is a little further out of hoi an old town and there aren’t a large number of bars nearby if you fancy a drink. You can get a taxi there for about 80000 dong. The walls in the room seemed to be crumbling a little. we had concrete on the floor at times. a lizard got in to the room one night and kept making noises which kept us up - the staff removed it for us the following morning though.

Staff are the reception was very helpful . Located between old town and beaches, great place if you like quiet place. Pool was great, rooms are very clean, changed blankets ,towels every day. You can also rent a bike or motorbike here for 150k/24hours

Very good

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the pool as it was very hot in Hoi An when we visited. The room was well equipped with a smart tv, fridge, robes, toiletries etc. The property is about a 10minute drive from the Old Town (where the majority of bars, restaurants, shops etc are)and the beach- we knew this when booking so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great accommodation,

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. I also checked out early and was refunded the difference, which most places wouldn't do. Will definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Hoi An.

The location is a little out of the way which I didn't realise when I booked. It's only a 5-10 minute Grab ride from town and it's still very cheap, but it made it difficult getting back late at night.
