Friendly staff and always available to help. Location was good for the purpose of our stay and close to shops.

Parking was a bit tricky because of the very busy street

The WiFi wasn't very good, so was unable to watch YouTube Netflix etc. And the TV had no channels to watch normal TV.

Stairs not advertised, not ground floor. No shower. Bang head on low ceilings. Basic Quilt, pillows. Bed linen stained. Checked out after 2 of 4 nights.

Nicely self contained. Clean. Enough provided to survive self catering for four days. Plenty of bedding. Supermarkets nearby. Parking space.

We were on the ground floor. There is a set of metal steps leading to upstairs apartments. Lots of comings and goings throughout each night well into early hours that woke my toddler up as it sounded like thunder. Cars in and out all night too. Bit dodgy.

Very clean, quiet, family atmosphere, close to the beach and the center. I will gladly return next year .

Too bad I didn't get the sun.

Our own apartment twenty mins from Southend sea front. Clean tidy. As good as being home really. Never felt like we was missing anything.

Entrance was down a back alley. A bit creepy And a Bit dark. If I didn’t have my hubby with me I might of been a bit scared in the evening coming home.

Bit to far out from seafront

In general, the apartment is clean, equipped with a dinner set, pots and towels. There are also shops Lidl, Iceland, Starbucks, KFC just 3 minutes on foot.

We were very angry when we entered the apartment because it turned out that the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. We booked an open one-story apartment because we have a 3-year-old child. And when it went to sleep we also had to because it was impossible to leave it alone upstairs so that it would not fall off the high stairs when it would wake up. When we called the owner of the apartment, he told us that you don't always get what is shown in the pictures.

Has everything you need when it works .

No plug in bath to have a bath. Shower head turns when in shower mode and turns down to the floor making it impossible to stand under and instead have to hold the shower head with one hand. Last two days I was unable to use the shower due to it not allowing me to change it back to shower mode. When it rains the first window in the bedroom leaks and allows lots of water in. Bed in lounge is very noisy even with slightest movement which woke me up every time I turned in the night.
