There wasn’t anyone at the reception, even in the mornings. They haven’t cleaned our room, emptied the trash cans, changed the bed sheets and the towels in 3 days. The just asked the last day via Viber if we would like anything. These things are fundamentals, you don’t have to ask.

The room was fully equipped and very comfortable -- I loved the mattress in particular: I've had some of the best night's sleep in quite a while! I also really enjoyed the varied lighting of the room, it was very relaxing in the evening but also let me enough light to read my book. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. I particularly like that they are very responsive to e-mails or text messages.

blacony is not good at all, toilet is a disaster, room is normal, ammenities are very poor, service is not available at all.

There's Netflix in the room, which is great, although we didn't really watch it. The Bed was super comfortable. There's a huge mirror opposite to the bed, which I find kind of weird. But it's a nice one. Maybe it makes the room look more spacious. There's hair dryer I have videos in the room but can't upload lol. Only one pic.

This isn't a complain, but the bathroom door was kaputt. The fridge didn't seem like working / having the cold temperature.

The room is super clean. It has everything including Netflix. The bed is very comfortable. I liked Mr Fahad's fast replies to every question that I had, I felt taken care of even though the room was self check-in/ self check-out. Amazing experience in a very modern room!!
