Absolutely first class hotel. We were on the half pension deal and the food was of the highest quality. Not typical Bavarian fayre but absolutely fine dining with plenty of choice. Breakfast was equally as bountiful and delicious and the included afternoon coffee, Kuchen and hot lunch buffet was a welcome surprise. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Facilities are excellent and the bedroom was roomy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Little English spoken in hotel but for us this was not a problem. Great location for forest walks. Will definitely return.
